Hands down the best Starbucks around. Every time I go in there, there?s one cute red head always doing all the work while the... other employees are just sitting or leaning against something. I feel so bad for her but she makes the best drinks! *Update* Ihave recently learned that the cute redhead mentioned above took over as store manager and it shows. The customer service hasimproved tenfold since the change. They make you feel like they genuinely care and you and make you feel truly welcome there,and not just a burden like other Starbucks in the area. This store is in the heart of downtown mostly accessible by foot. Good store, service is usually prompt and friendly. My only... gripe would be that they don't carry everything that a normal, maybe, busier store would. They do not carry nitro cold brew andrarely have all the sandwiches they have advertised, which, is kind of odd. Why would you have them in your display case if youseem to have no intent on keeping them stocked? They have also installed combination locks on the restroom doors which is a painof you need to use the restroom. You have to get the combination before walking to and getting into the restroom. I'm not surewhy they have done this as I've personally never seen a reason to. I frequent the store often and have never seen any homelessor otherwise undesirable clientele. I paid for a venti latte with an extra shot and it tasted like warm caramel milk, when I went inside to see about getting my... drink fixed she was going to charge me 3$ for another shot. 10$ for a coffee is ridiculous. I won't be back Read more
The 2 girls working were very nice and she let me know right away that we could not use my stars cause they were independently... owned (my son was wanting a cup). Sronks were made just like we wanted and tasted great Read more
Coffee was good as expected but being a Starbucks Rewards Member, I asked to use one of my rewards for a free coffee and they do... not participate in the rewards program. They said they are independently owned and not part of the corporate. But they willaccept payment with Starbucks cards. First time this has ever happened at what looks like an "official" Starbucks. So, if youplan on using your rewards, don't come here. There's another Starbucks nearby on pine Street that will accept your rewards. Read more
