Love going to Sub Station. Although this time left us disappointed in their customer service. Ordering for an office to have... someone pick it up for us (7 subs in total). all card fees are passed on to the customer and they say "there machine is unableto have card numbers typed in". Working in several service industries that is just not true. manager was incredibly rude and nothelpful when speaking with her, suggesting it was "our problem" that we needed to pay over the phone. one of the cleanest Sub Stations I have ever been to. The workers were polite and diligent. They made my experience there a... pleasant one with their politeness and smiles. the atmosphere there was open and calming. I have been to other Sub Stations thatwere run down and dirty but this one was clean and neat. The sub ( whole #19)was one of the largest i have ever gotten at andSub Station. and was DELICIOUS. Sub Station was one of my mom's favorites sandwich shops and this one would have made her wantto drive from Greer to get a whole #19 if she were still alive. Aint gonna hurt y'all with the 1 star but this was god awful. My sandwich was microwaved and actually fell apart. Thank god i... didn't eat it because my girlfried is throwing hers up right now. Y'all may want to check the dates on those ingredients and tryusing that toaster smh. Read more

Ordered online wanted to do the make a sandwich a salad option. Called and asked if when I ordered online did the read the... options for the order because I wanted to make a sandwich a salad. I was assured they did and ordered. Guess what I got. Asandwich and no salad and 0 of the options were read. Please do what you tell people you?ll do. This was for medical reasonsnot preference. Overall, the sandwich was good, although the bread was not fresh. Be aware: they pass their payment processing fees onto the... customer. I understand doing this, however, they do not have a sign posted to inform the customer, nor do they verballycommunicate this; it is simply a hidden fee. I had cash and would have been happy to pay with cash had I been informed. Manybusinesses prefer card transactions, not only because they leave a receipt and combat worker theft, but also because there arecoin shortages. Read more

Haven't dined at a Sub Station II in 30 years. Dining area and bathrooms were super clean. Service was excellent as was the sub.... Prices very reasonable compared to some chains. Read more
