I prefer this Subway to any other in Spartanburg. Personally I have never had an issue with any order from this Subway. Tonight... the young lady on shift went above and beyond for me. She must've been able to tell just how overwhelmed I was and she went outof her way to make me smile. She will never know how appreciated she is. Read more

I put in a online order for 2:05 on 5/5/22 and I asked for them to toast my sandwich a little extra bc I don?t like the texture... of the bread uncooked and they did toast my bread at all the my sandwich started to spit two bites in I am very disappointed bemy sandwich was ready on time Read more

My first time at SubWay in a few years to be honest and it was a very good experience. I really enjoyed my steak and cheese foot... long. It was early so only 2 employees were present and both were very friendly. The dinning area was clean as well as thebathrooms. Read more
Employees were nice and food seemed good. But after a trip to the restroom, and seeing the conditions, so very disgusting, makes... me wonder what the cleanliness is like with food prep/kitchen. Toilet and sink were beyond disgusting. Obviously never wipeddown or cleaned, for months at least. Port a potties in a festival are cleaner than this restroom. It should be condemned. I canonly imagine how much bacteria i consumed due to lack of cleanliness. Read more
We ordered online and went to pick up our order, but the order never went through the system. So they made us REORDER, causing... us have to pay twice. The worker kindly contacted the manager and manager said there was nothing could do, however it doesn?tmake sense to have us pay a retail price of $12 twice ($24 total), rather than the manager/company eat the cost of like $4once. They said they?d refund us IF the order goes through, but the system error is not our fault. Why not comp the sandwichesand IF the order goes through, they get the payment...? Read more
My worst experience at any subway. The young lady helping make my sandwiches had a baggy sweat shirt on. After her sleeve went... through the mustard of the first sandwich, I made a comment. Then, her sleeve was resting into sandwich #2 as she was spreadingtoppings. I told her that her sleeve was still getting in the sandwiches. She just looked at me and mouthed quietly, I am sorry. Never offered to remake anything,just stared at me. She never took her gloves off and rolled her sleeves up. I was the onlycustomer being waited on. As she was trying to wrap sandwich #4 her sleeve again was resting on the sandwich. Extremelydisappointed in the customer service and this will be my last visit to this Subway. Read more
