On a road trip and pulled in here to grab subs for the family and put some trash from previous restaurants in the trash on our... way to order. The place was empty. The two females working proceeded to yell across the restaurant not to put outside trash intheir trash cans. No, ?please don?t put outside trash?.? Or anything remotely polite and courteous, just right into yellingrudely about how they don?t have time to take the trash out with just two employees. Again, THE PLACE WAS EMPTY. I?ve neverhad any establishment run off a sale because someone put trash in their trash can, but now I have. Nice job! No sale and notip. Don?t want to take out the trash? Problem solved I?m sure the owner will be thrilled to know how quickly his staff runsoff potential customers. Read more
We threw away two cfa bags in the trash before we ordered and got yelled at by both workers for doing so. Then when we... apologized and explained there wasn?t a sign informing us we couldn?t use the trash can they continued to yell at us. Dined in for lunch on 10/8 and the Sub bread just did not look or taste right. The 2 employees acted like they were in a daze... the whole time & both took turns taking a "check phone" mini break out in the lobby. I'm gonna give Jersey Mikes a try, nexttime I want a Sub. Read more
Like others here I placed an order at the drive through, waited 20 minutes STARVING! THEY SAW ME AT THE WINDOW AND IGNORED ME. ... When I pulled off the 4 cars behind me did as well. Whoever owns this franchise needs to evaluate the staff and fix the drivethrough. You may be trying to build s business but your employees are tearing it down. Read more
If you're going to give the employees a tip, make sure it's cash. If you put it on a card, the owner keeps the tips. That's not... the way to show your employees appreciation. I've always gotten great service and the food is always fresh. Always take cashfor a tip. I bet if these employees stay getting what was intended for them they won't be so frustrated and feel so cheated. Ionly have 3 stars because of the tips.. Went through the drive thru. Ordered on screen. Young man came to widow never greater me. Made sandwiches fairly quickly. But... when you order a chicken bacon ranch should you not put ranch on the sandwich Young man handed my order to me. Never said thankyou or anything. Will not be back. Read more
It's me my first time eating subway but it was fresh and restaurant was nice and clean. The employees were great as well
