Inexperienced people and slow. People not well trained. Indifference to the satisfaction of those that they are serving.
Good food fast
Happened yesterday. Employee couldn't wait to get off the clock for the next shift. Didn't bother putting in bread into the... ovens. They ran out of bread for about 20-30 minutes. Ended up waiting. Employee looked miserable. Immediately left withoutsaying anything a few seconds later. Noticed the next shift just came in. Also ran out of chicken. Great food and got employees
Horrible experience. I stood there for about 5 mins before anyone took my order after they walked passed me several times. The... sub smelt and tasted like smoke and the manager would not refund my money after I brought it right back, said she needed toinspect it!!!! So they kept my sandwich and my money. Fraud going on at this store with "mandy" and whoever else. Called to report fraud from my credit card was used to place an... order here from the subway app she made a joke like "she loves making sandwiches so no need to cancel the order" ? What kind ofb.s is that even after i told her the order was fraud i live in a totally different state and don't give the order out since shesaid she was still making them.
