Very disappointed they got my order wrong for a tuna salad an only sent the salad no tuna and when I asked how they wanted to... fix this they told me they would give me 2 scoops in a cup of tuna of tuna I told them to keep it. If they can't spare a littlelettuce and vegetables to remake what they got wrong I will never be back sorry Subway you used to be my favorite. Read more
It was my first visit and I had a good experience. I ordered the spinach wrap with teriyaki chicken, provolone cheese, spinach... leaves, chipotle ranch sauce, with light pepper. *in case anyone wants to try it* please bring back the mesquite bbq sauce! Since the new owner of this location has taken over, I have noticed seen a sunificant change, and not for the best. For years,... this was a Great restaurant for fast food in the downtown area. Serving so many 8 -5 customers. Since the new owner, I have ssena big change in staff, stopped breakfast, food not always fresh, alot of items not available due to running out, no tea due tomachine broken. I would think as a Business person and Restaurant owner, you would want better for your restaurant, andcontinue to cater to the customers. Highly disappointed. Read more
Good location and size of building. Seems like the staff work a bit slower than the average subway. It was clean and I dont... think I've ever waited in a line. Service was fast and friendly - pretty much par for the course, we've found. The real customer service came when, within the... course of 45 seconds, my kid knocked my hubs sandwich on the floor and my other kid fell out of his chair. The workers quicklycame to our aid, checking on our son and giving us a new sandwich. They didn't have to do either of those things! Needless tosay, we will be back! Read more
