Wait is always so long. They are constantly short staffed and the rudest. Don't ever go in the evenings, 3 items will make you... wait for at least 20 minutes. They treat door dashers as garbage. Their priority is current customer and not the people waitingin door dash.Those are customers also and need to be served in order it was placed. Absolutely garbage. Too many issues.... 11am, front doors locked then opened, then no one takes my order or informs me to use the kiosk (even though... multiple employees either walked by me or looked at me), to 20 min wait for a steak bowl with 4 pieces of steak and paying morethan $7 for that 1 item. Came through the drive through. After waiting ten minutes to order, pulled around to one nasty looking store. I was not given a... receipt and then was asked to pull around to wait some more. It took about ten more minutes to get my order. The guy bringingorders out to people got confrontational because I told him he brought out the wrong order. Ordered extra beef and extra cheese on out nachos and didn?t get it. Also ordered a crunch wrap supreme?didn?t get it either. ... Soft taco supremes were extremely lacking on all ingredients. This used to be one of the better stores but not anymore. Read more
I guess this is what happens when you let kids run your restaurant... Asked for extra beef on the tacos- see photo for what all... 4 tacos looked like. Not only was there no 'extra' beef, it was like half the beef that should be there in the first place. Nosemblance of courtesy or responsibility anywhere. Such a shame... Worst Taco I've ever been too in US. Some Tacos don't have tomatoes, some don't have cheese and very little lettuce. ... Cranchwrap, burrito and Tacos are half and less in size. Nit sure if this place was a joke. Read more
This place is always paced inside and in drive thru. Customer service is excellent. They always apologize for your wait.... However,when you get your food it always fresh and hot. Good quality of food to me is worth the wait. I will definitely returnhere. Read more
