I know times can get rough, but there's no reason for the sole employee in the restaurant to be yelling at her young son who... quite clearly is not a Waffle House employee to clean off one of the 3 tables available... and then yelling at her 5 year olddaughter in the kitchen while taking our order and cooking it... I'm just blown away and there is no excuse for this. She keptyelling us down from the kitchen like "did you want onions" and "did you want bacon" when she already asked that when taking theorder. The weird little boy kept watching us while he sat up at the bar. She also yelled at him "You want a waffle?" whilemaking our order, and when the food came, the eggs were way undercooked and the waffle was soggy. Idk what's going on here, butwhen waiting for our food, we don't need to hear "I don't know what I'm gonna do about y'all, I'm here allllll night". soawkward and unnecessary, and definitely not a pleasant dine in experience. I walked in and had reached my seat when the waitress loudly said we're not serving that side you can sit at the bar or wait for... a seat when someone leaves on the other side. I walked out. from now on I will take my business somewhere else. The pricesincrease every few months and the food isn't worth it. Read more
My husband and I stopped by for breakfast to go around 5:30 am and the employee told us she was not cooking any orders until 6... am because she was cleaning. That's definitely not something you want to hear coming off a long road trip. Read more
Me and my wife dined in for lunch on 7/9 and it was pretty busy. The gentleman who waited on us "Silver" seemed like he was... having a bad day but he had a good & positive attitude about it. The food came out pretty quick and was real good. Read more
Went to have a nice, sit-down dinner, was turned away. They're doing "carry out only". Only two people in the store working, and... they are marked as hiring. I've never heard of a Waffle House not being open for full service before. Read more
The customer service was absolutely amazing. Everyone had a smile on their face and great attitudes. The waitress told me to get... the blueberry pancakes and I definitely did not regret it. All the food was hot and all my kids were happy. I will be going backbecause the service was absolutely amazing. Kind and sweet people in there. Read more
Due to COVID-19, there have been a lot of changes. I had been trying to dine in at several other locations in various states... and the dining area was closed, and all orders were to go.... I was more than thrilled to be able to eat my food on the spot,hot and fresh like always. I enjoyed the All American Breakfast and it was on point!! They had music blasting. There was only a few customers in there. The music was so loud she didn't hear part of the order. Miss... heard the rest. So I didn't get the waffle and would not have gotten the extra sausage if the cook hadn't spoken to us. Nightshift. We miss Cadillac!! Read more
