(this is the guy in the burgndy convertible mustang Gt the staff I talked with will remember me) Et. around 10pm, I very rarely... go to a Wendy's, mainly because it is never as good as other places, they have the right material but it seems like when theywould make it, it was the bar minimum. Well I stop by the Wendy's off of 221 tonight. I got what I usually get #9 Bourbon BaconBurger with a DR.Peper, now I've had this sandwich before and it's pretty good but tonight, who ever is the manager running it,the cook who cooked it and even the kind service from the order taker, they deserve a pat on the back because I was in and out,AND THAT MOTHA TRUCKING BURGER WAS THE BEST BURGER IVE HAD IN MY 29 YEARS OF LIFE AND THATS ALLLL BIG FACTS IN ALL CAPS I MEANTHAT!!It was perfectly cooked with melted cheese the Bacon was cooked but not to crispy to were it felt like plastic, the onionrings were perfect it was soooo juicy but not greasy and dripping everywhere and the bourbon sauce was ALLLL the way there.. notlike usual we're it's a drop or two, no my friends this time every bite was like watching your team win the game with a lastsecond score, or even like winning the lottery, that kinda of feeling and after a terrible day that I had today this not onlymade me feel full but I'ma go to sleep tonight and froget everything else wrong with today!! Place is filthy. You can skate on the greasy floors. Tables not cleaned and fries were a couple hours old. Heard them talking... about the raise the young girl had recently received. Absolutely horrible service. WAITED IN LINE FOR 15 MINS before gentlemen came to take order. When he did we had to ask him to... repeat everything since he was mumbling. We get to window he provides total $12ish.... so we question what was ordered. Herepeats the biggie bag and parm salad- mumbling still. Because of his long extended line we move from window only to discoverfries are cold and stiff and look burnt, nuggets are cold and hard. Sandwich is only item edible. Don't forget the salad. Thelettuce were iceberg and wilted. I'm beyond displeased with service let alone food. I thought my receipt was in the bag but itwasn't. If I didn't have to get to GA for a movie I would have waited in town until the am to speak with supervisor.... we werereally relying on that late night meal for our few hr drive ahead of us. They were out of straws for the drinks, and there was an employee... out in the dining room having a loud and profanity laced conversation on her phone..the entire time we were eating.
