Very sad dining experience. I took my son to eat wings tonight. They were out of diet coke and regular coke to start with. My... son ordered wings which turned out pretty good. I ordered chicken tenders and they came to the table burnt. They were notedible. The waitress offered to get me something else but it was not worth it. Today my family decided to go eat at wild wings. Our experience was HORRIBLE!!! We weren?t the only customers that had a... horrible experience today. The staff were on the clock drinking. The food was horrible, they gave us portions that a childwouldn?t even eat. They didn?t have lettuce, to go cups, Onion rings, the soda dispenser wasn?t working, they didn?t havecorrect cups to put dipping sauces in they put it in drinking cups. All of the menus weren?t legible not to mention it was thesame temperature inside that it was outside. WE WILL NOT RETURN TO THAT ESTABLISHMENT!!! Read more
Excellent food and service! I had the Wild Chef Salad and wings. Both were delicious. Everyone in restaurant was very friendly.... I was greeted by a gentleman named Joseph whom I could tell loved his job! This was a wonderful experience and I loved thatthey have historical pieces inside. I was able to view 2nd floor which is huge with a stage and bar (so 2 bars in restaurant).They also have pool tables, games, and a stage for band. There is indoor and outdoor seating. I can imagine they get very busyon weekend because in a great location. Plus, seems like a great place to hang out, eat and watch sports. I highly recommenddining here or dropping by to have a drink and hang out! Read more
We walked in to eat and we were told to sit at corner table and sat there for 15 minutes, no one came over to take our order or... even ask us if we wanted something to drink...all the waiters were on their phones. We were ignored!!! NOT recommended! Read more
0 stars. Which is sad, because I am a long time patron and grew up hanging out there with friends. This establishment is on the... brink of shutting down, and it shows. We arrived last night at 7:40, Myself, my husband , and our 8 year old. We were sat at asticky table in a restaurant with one large family (of 15), and two single men sitting at the bar. We ordered, tater tots as anAppetizer, 25 wings, and my daughter got a kids meal. By 8:15 we had not received our food, our waitress came out and said "10more minutes". She disappeared until 8:45, and told us it would be up soon. At 9:00, a manager showed up and checked in and wetold him we haven't even received our appetizer... so he got us that promptly and told us he would discount the meal for ourwait. By 9:25, we were done waiting. It was past our daughter's bedtime and we were all really hungry. We flagged down awaitress (not ours) and asked for a check for the appetizer and drinks. She said she would get our waitress. Our waitress poppedout 5 minutes later with our food. 9:30pm. Our wings were not right, the sauce was crusted on and burnt, bitter, and no actualsauce. The wings were small and dry. The celery was too dark of a green, and chewy with a chemical taste. My daughter's chickenwas good, but her fries too hard to chew and her ice cream was warm chocolate sludge. She wouldn't eat it. The restaurant had atleast 9 employees I counted working and the place was empty. We will never go back. It was disgusting, and we didn't get homeuntil after 10:00pm. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. Don?t ever order this through through doordash. No fault to doordash, the items were... delivered on time and still warm, but this is ridiculous. This happened last year and I had to ask for a refund as well. Iordered wings and I got bones with a tiny bit of meat on them. I don?t know who is in charge of quality control for what goesout for delivery but they need to be let go. I know this can?t be what hey serve in the restaurant. Will not be ordering fromthe Wild Wings Cafe in downtown Spartanburg ever again. We will direct all our further business elsewhere. Read more
The wings were ok. They are low on employees and the service and food shows sadly. The appetizer we wanted they was out of it so... they told us and made us something different which im unsure of what exactly it actually was but it was almost burnt. Themacaroni was dry and barely warm. I dont recommend especially if the place is even remotely busy. If theres maybe 1 or 2customers you may be ok depending on the time you go. Read more
The food was decent but there was only one server for the entire place who was really trying his best. Saw 2 people just walk... out. The "bartender" if you could even really call her that just kept disappearing. We later saw her just standing out back onher phone. We love Wild Wings but probably won't come back to this one.
