Great place to eat if you want cold food and heart burn along with bad service ???????? and microwaved chicken? Waitress was... nice but never around. Manager was nice. First time at this location was Saturday 08/27 then we came back today 08/28 (Don't ask why, not my choice lol) The first day, I... got the Burbon Street Chicken and Shrimp (Good) with mashed potatoes (Cold and tasteless) she got the Double Crunch Shrimp(Tasted like old grease with a bad aftertaste) and we got the powdered donut holes for dessert (Excellent) The next day I gotthe Flamin Hot Cheetos bone in wings (Decent) and she got the Cheetos boneless wings (So bad that she took one bite and refusedto eat anymore) Both days the servers were good but the food was severely lacking. I've watched kitchen staff touch food with bare hands. Zero hair nets. The bar drain leaks into the bar ice so who knows what's... going into your child's lemonade. Don't get me started on the dirty blenders and fruit flies. You should see some of the dirtybuild up by the back soda machine. The grime build up around the expo printer in the back should be tackled with a knife and 3days worth of sanitizer water. The general manager Ross truly does not care about his employees or customers here. He isextremely unprofessional, lazy and cheap. Constantly cutting corners so he can make back extra for his own personal bonus $$.Don't even think about asking for crayons for your child's kid menu. How does a GM get away with working 7am to 12pm most days?? You will not see him there when it is busy, he leaves his managers out to dry and does not run a fair work environment. My coworkers and I are traveling for work and we stopped for an early lunch and were the first ones in the restaurant upon... opening . Our waitress Caitlin M, started out nice, but out of nowhere caught the worst attitude! She became very snappy andsaying stuff as she was walking away. She had explained that she had only been waitressing at Applebee?s for a couple of weekswhen we first sat down. I asked to substitute chicken for steak. I was told there would be a up charge not that I was being charged for an steak on the... side. So I paid for a chicken salad and a steak- but was served a salad with steak?.. I?m not a math expert but these defiantlydoes not add up. Brought this up to the manager and was told (rather rudely) the $12.59 is the base price whether or not thereis chicken. This makes no sense base price should be without meat if you are going to offer ?substitutions?. If you do not offersubstitute don?t tell customers it?s an ?up charge? explain that it is an À la carte at full price.
