Love the atmosphere of all the Big Woods places. Love the beer, especially busted knuckle, Put a Fork in it and the Santa... Quaff. Pizza and Pork Nachos are my favorites. The only reason for a 4 star is because when you sit at the bar when they arebusy, it takes awhile to get served. That being said, We had Skyker today and she was fantastic. Read more
Big Woods continues to be a great place to find good quality American food that’s complimented with a full slate of Quaff On... beer and Hard Truth spirits — all in the same family of businesses. I’ve been to several of their locations and that’salways held true. Each different restaurant seems to have its specialty, with the sandwiches and burgers taking the spotlighthere. I had enjoyed their hand-tossed pizza at another location so that was again my pick tonight. Delish! I was also excitedto sample a few of their newer spirits, including the barrel smoked bourbon and the maple bourbon cream, which was so smooth andjust like a boozy dessert in a glass. This is a very popular Speedway dinner restaurant, especially on the weekends. So myadvice is to plan ahead and choose an off-peak day/time, otherwise you should expect to have to wait for a table. Great food and great service and prices on par with this kind of restaurant in this area. We had reservations and still had to... wait an hour to be seated. This place has a cool atmosphere and nice out door seating area. It also had a good beer menu. Iwould recommend this restaurant for a fun night out. Read more
Wow! It was Amazing! Our server Lisa was AWESOME! She was very attentive and was always checking on us to make sure we had... everything we needed. Food was hot and fresh and delicious. We tried all new things and shared with the table and everything wasequally good. Nothing we were served was bad. Definitely go here!! Read more
Our server, Carson, was top notch. We were in town for a golf tournament and we were very hungry. He took great care of us. He... made sure the boys had plenty of refills. We would be more than happy to drive out of our way to eat here again. We also hadnachos and pretzels, but the boys devoured them before I could take a picture. They were amazing as well. Read more
