Customers service is very bad and disrespectful. I ordered whopper and fries with no salt and waited 15 mins. in the drive thru.... When I drive up to the window I asked is there any salt on said items and was told I think so. I asked for an receipt and wastold we don't give out receipts. I said you can't pay for sandwich without an receipt. I don't care the system is not workingand you can tell whomever you want. I want something done about this. What is the corporate number? Went through the drive though. Live 5 mins away. Got the new avocado burger to get home and the avocado is literally black. I... called just for the girl to tell me it was changed over an hour ago and it was fresh. I told her I took a picture of it and shehung up on me. Absolutely disgusting. The service is so horrible? we asked for a little extra ketchup and mustard because what they put on there literally a drop you... can?t taste. I asked that is not a lot and all in the paper. Ordered paid? was told to wait at the first window until they had my food ready then I could pull to the second window. Sat at... the first window for about ten mins? cars lining up behind me? was told to pull forward. Got the food? chicken fries clearly hadbeen sitting there, fries were ok not filling cooked, and my cheeseburger was dry. So clearly me waiting to pull forward for myfresh cooked food as she said was not the case. They didn?t want there to go time to be more than it should and had me waitingfor food that had been sitting there and rushed the fries. The drink was good. Read more
This BK saved us from starving! Both from late night arrivals from the airport and when we stay at the Marriott. Each time we've... visited late at night or early in the morning it's been perfect. We love their professionalism, love the customer service, andthe food is ALWAYS hot. Which is different from the national chain as your food from BK is usually cold or hardly warm. Never a line. Always makes my order correct. Something I never get from McDonald's and most of the time not from Wendy's. But... the main reason I like Burger King is because the burgers are not fried they're grilled so they're not near as greasy. I feellike it's a healthier choice. Read more
