I would never go there again. I don?t even care about the customer service for real. But, I paid for a 8 piece dinner and my... wings and drumsticks were so little and the drumsticks were fried so much the meat was gone off the leg!!! And it looked like itwas cooked in old grease. Our office is on highschool rd ,so we frequent this kfc. I have to say the past few times we have gone to lunch the food has... been awful!!!! The potatoes have been watery, the gravey has no flavor, the chicken had fun on it and for asking to be original...too fried! Today we went and the Cole slaw had a funny taste and again original was very burnt. Tried calling to tell themhow disappointed we are and no answer. Guess Popeyes will get our business from now on. I was picking up two UberEats orders from KFC around 2:30 on September 17th. They were somewhat busy, so I patiently waited. The... employee at the register informed me that they did not have Pepsi at the time and asked me to message the customer and see whathe wants as a substitute. I told her he wanted lemonade. She handed me one lemonade, but the customer ordered 2. I waited again.When I told her I needed another one, she said, "Well apparently we do have Pepsi," and she handed me two drinks and took thelemonade away. When the second customer's order came out, it seemed like she was missing items and I asked about it politely.She snapped at me and told me it's probably in the box that she gave me, but it was a tiny box and hard to imagine all of heritems would fit in there. Then, she gave me the second customer's drink, which was a Dr. Pepper. Because they were all darkcolored, I asked which was the Dr. Pepper and which was the Pepsi was they were mixed up when she passed it all to me. Shereplied, "They're all Dr. Pepper." When I told her that the customer ordered Pepsi, though, she threw up her hands and said,"Well I didn't make the drinks, so..." and then walked off. I never had an attitude with her and I thought it was rude that shewent back and forth about the drinks and then ultimately acted as if she didn't know what to tell me when it could have been assimple as giving me what the customer ordered. I would give zero stars if it would let me. Ordered three original chicken legs from the drive thru for my five year old picky... eater. Got home and it was three wings that he wouldn?t touch. The manager working right now was the best. He communicated with his staff really well. Was very patient with everyone. Ran... that place better than anyone I've ever seen. During dinner rush, they were crowded, but the line went be pretty fast. The foodwas fresh. Kudos to every one there tonight. Yall kicked dinner rushes butt! I'll never go to another KFC Read more
