This is a very clean place, with a Family friendly atmosphere..I would give it 5 stars if my order was right.I ordered 2 Pizza... pies..My requests were one meat lover and 1 Vegetable Lover..However both pizzas had meat on them..My veggie Lover hadvegetables slapped on top of sausage and pepperoni..What a Bummer! to make matters worse my Pies were room temperature ???? This location is the worst. You never know what the pizza will be like, hot and fresh or old and cold. Tonight they had no... drivers so I ordered through Pizza Hut directly but they used Doordash for delivery. The pizza was never delivered and the storesays I have to wait until Monday to talk to the manager for a refund. Total joke. Will never order from this location again. Read more
After paying for my food , and waiting for an hour and a half, I called up the store and was told it was not their problem... because they had no one to deliver it. When I asked for a refund I was told they can't do that. When I tried to ask anotherquestion the employee hung up on me. I called back twice and was hung up on before I could even say hello. This is a seriousissue if they want to have customers feel satisfied about their experience. This morning as a follow up, I was sent asatisfaction survey that asked me if I would like to leave a rating. I agreed that it would be a good idea to let others knowwhat they might expect. Read more
I don't even want to give this pizza hut a 1 star. I never received my pizza tried to get my money back and they contested my... claim to my bank they said I got the pizza and tipped the person. But in reality I paid online $10 tip and all because I wasn't going to be home the pizza was for my kids, I wasn't going to be there when it was delivered. Read more
We saw the bad reviews and thought oh well, it?s pizza, how bad could it be? Ordered anyway. The crust was literally raw. And... super thin too, not like it was really thick and just didn?t cook all the way through. Pizza fell apart and was squishy, greasy,and uncooked. Absolutely disgusting. Wondering Why I didn't look at the reviews before walking in here.???? Upon entry, I go up to the register only for the old guy... at the register to walk off????. Ordered bread sticks that was so saturated with seasoning and parmasean cheese it drenched thebag they put it in...so bad I thought I ordered the wrong thing. I ordered them before and always come in a box...but I guessit depends on the owner. My receipt just has the amount I was charged $7 with NO DESCRIPTION OF WHAT I ORDERED!!???? Allreceipts should come with a description of the order..just scandalous! This whole experience is just wrong????. I threw thebreadsticks in the trash since they were trash to begin with. Save yourself the trip and go elsewhere, this place is TRASH andcustomer service is not at its best. $7 wasted....didn't even bother to complain I knew it would fall on deaf ears...BEWARE!!! The pizza was delivered promptly and the driver was polite and friendly. The pizza was burnt, dry, and not edible. The pasta was... also extremely dry. The only thing that was good were the boneless chicken wings and the breadsticks. I called and spoke withthe manager who was extremely professional, kind, and helpful. Not only did she refund our order, but also gave us a credit touse in the future. Had it not been for the driver and the manager I would have left one star. Why are all of the replies the same With no change and no offer of compensation??? I spent $59.24 and am sad to say it was not... worth the money. I?ve loved Pizza Hut for a long time but do not plan to return or order anything again Ordered my pizza at 6and at 8 it was finally ready. The employees were yelling and cussing at each other so loudly at each other in the kitchen thatit drowned out the conversation in the restaurant.
