This is ridiculous.... I put in an online order because your line is very long and no one wants to wait over 30 mins for food.... My pick up time for my food was suppose to be at 1148 only to get here and I can't go in to pick it up and I have to sit in thelong line for food that should've been done but wasn't. Absolutely flawless experience. The young man who took our order was very polite and the food was fantastic.
The fryer is always down, so you’re stuck getting a hamburger & semi-warm fries. They never have chicken rings & there was an... incident where I saw them give my food to the car in front of me, the car handed it back & they thought they were going to giveme the same food & had an attitude when I asked them to re-make my entire order. I stopped by here at 10:00 pm. I asked for a few cheese sliders, and I'm not sure what I paid for, because they sure weren't... anything edible. The buns were so soggy that they turned to mush the second I tried to get them out of the container and theywere sticking to the sides. I took one bite and I couldn't eat any of it because it tasted as if someone threw the cheeseburgersin a blender and served it as is. All of them were like this. Not just one. To top it off, they didn't give me a receipt, I wason a time crunch, and I didn't even see the food until I arrived to my destination, so I couldn't even get my refund. Read more
