Long story short, my wife tripped and dropped 2 pizzas on the way out the door she asked if she could get the pizzas remade... unbaked to take home and bake. The lady made the pizzas then wanted full price. Absolutely their choice to do that just seemslike bad customer service to me. We were getting carry out at least once a week. Honestly the breadsticks was not what they used to be and my hubby and I feel like they changed the cheese sauce for the bread... sticks. The cheese sauce tasted like mac n' cheese "cheese". We always get the cheese sauce the garlic butter sauce and I getthe marinara. Like I said the cheese seemed different totally different taste than normal and the garlic butter sauce had likeno garlic flavor at all and as for the marinara that was good as always. Just a different experience this time than we are usedto having at this restaurant! They do offer contact less service the one downside if all ya have is cash your S.O.L CARD ONLY! Read more
These guys are Grade-A customer service people. They usually hire young high schoolers or kids in their early 20's but they... obviously do a great job at the hiring process because they are all so friendly. The pizzas and bread sticks are consistent dayin and day out. You know exactly what you are getting. Of course just like any establishment there is human error. My only gripeabout this place as of this writing is that they don't offer chef salads as carry out because of the pandemic. OMG, their chefsalads are the best and you know what? The plastic reusable bowls that they put them in is basically worth the price of thesalad alone! Great place, good food. Good pizza. I love their deep dish. Try it out!!! Read more
Ordered 2 large pizzas on a Friday night. Picked up and took home due to Covid. The pizzas were limp and wet, not good at all. I... called at 9:03 pm to lodge a complaint and they were closed. I called the next day and spoke with a young man, he explained thattheir ovens sometimes do that and he apologized. I explained to him that this was my first time trying their pizza and itwasn't a good experience. He again apologized. I spent $44 for these 2 pizzas and wasn't even offered a discount or anything.I won't eat here again!!!!! Read more

Do NOT go off of the prices on their online menu!!! Ordered several pizzas for the guys in the shop, and I based my order on... pricing from online menu. When I picked up the pies, the order total was $57 higher! After looking over my receipt and doublechecking the prices on the online menu, I called to inquire about the pricing and was told the prices online are subject tochange.
