Food was hot and ready. Management has responded to last review of skimpy toppings. Pizza was prepared with toppings that... covered entire pizza and the order was ready at the time requested through the app. Nice when you have management that caresand responds to concerns from their customers. Well, they have trouble answering the phone. Tried twice within a month to order. Was on hold 10+ minutes both times. Called... Mulligan?s?s restaurant both times ordered and food was awesome. Pizza Hut Spencer Indiana apparently does not want to dobusiness with customers?.. Read more
Sign on the window says dine in open but they don't really have table service like they had in the past. You now have to order... at the counter then sit down. Like most places they are struggling with insufficient staff to run the operation properly. Giventhat, we thought the staff tonight did a great job managing. Our waitress/counter person was very attentive once we satdown. Most of our food was well prepared and tasty. The pizzas especially where up to expectations, looked and tasted goodwith an appropriate amount of toppings. Breadsticks did not taste fresh and were just room temperature. If I hadn't knownthey were short-staffed I probably would have sent them back for warming. The marinara for dipping was actually cold. Read more
Ordered a stuffed crust pizza. This hair was baked into the crust. The delivery driver likes to claim she doesn't have change to... break your $20 in an attempt for a $15 tip. They will not deliver a diet soda, no matter how many times I've ordered a diet italways comes as regular. Read more

My 4 yo autistic grandson will only eat Pizza Hut cut into squares right now. Crystal Leonard, the manager is just amazing and... she makes Brayson feel special each and every time. Isaiah cuts Brayson's pizza into tiny squares and draws a special picture onthe box and signs his name and leaves a special message for my grandson every time.
