I'm sure they are having staffing issues like everyone else, but my family went to the buffet the other night, was not very busy... when we first came. However pizza buffet was never full at any point. Barely any pizza seemed to come out unless there was aspecial order. We usually avoid this location and probably will going forward. Read more
This place is terrible, the food is old, they don?t refill anything unless requested. But when you request it the staff are rude... about it. All the staff were walking around doing nothing and we counted 5 staff that came to the pop machine in the time wewere there to get pop. Staff were coming out to get food off the buffet, and standing in the back eating. Over all terrible!!!This place needs to be shut down!!! By far the worst Pizza Ranch around. I have gone there multiple times giving it plenty of chances. Seems like they never have... enough food out. Whenever I have eaten there I've heard customers around me say the same thing. Salad bar is always a mess. Goto another Pizza Ranch. Would give a 0 stars if I could. Read more
Food was good... When we got it. Waited a good 20-30 for pizza and then it was just like 4 pizzas, but everyone wanted pizza by... then and we had kids... Which their main purpose was to eat pizza. But, it was clean, and staff was nice. **updated: thebuffet NEVER got better. We've been a handful of times since and they're always out of food. They should stop offering buffetif they can't keep up.. and they can't. Wanted to offer me store credit instead of my money back. Pssshhhhh.. Kids that answer the phone don't know much of anything and refuse to ask someone else who does I was told that I could not order... the 8 piece chicken and wedges because they are out of wedges was told that I could not substitute for mashed potatoes or wafflefries. The chicken is awesome but remember the price of chicken went up during the covid pandemic. Big companies like chils who don't... normally offer wings did when they were closed. I was on the beach after the pandemic and wing prices were market price. So 6wings were the same price or more than a pound of crab legs. Crazy Read more
I placed an order yesterday, for a wrap. Asked no veggies, and seasoning on my ranch chips. My order came cold, and wrap had... veggies. The driver was rude, every time he's delivered to me. I called and asked for a remake and I waited an hour for Ithought would be my whole order, and just received my wrap when I asked for both wrap and chips remade. I'm not a happycustomer. Read more
99% of the time the food is slow, it's usually empty, there's ton of people but no food in the buffet. We go here for family... events and we should just go to Storm lake, I don't understand why we don't. Read more
