Update: Tim Hortons in Brockport underwent renovation a while ago. Appears to be not just with appearance but with management as... well. Orders have been accurate and efficient. ?? Previous: The previous review was a 1 star review that was mildlyunprofessional, but carried some truth about how before renovations it was not efficient or all too clean. Read more
I love this location. Read the reviews about the inconsistencies. I have experienced it too. But, they stood behind that errors... and took care of it. Plus, this location in the mornings is very crowded. The staffs are very friendly. Read more
Oof. I normally wouldn't leave a review for a chain restaurant but the inconsistencies of this location is terrible. I have gone... two times where they were out of bread for certain sandwiches. One time they stated their grill was down. Yesterday I ordered agrilled cheese panini. Not only was the bread barely toasted and cold the cheese wasn't melted whatsoever. I only gave it 2stars because the staff are nice . Quality control needs to be looked into. Read more
Purchased Turkey Bacon Club, Chicken Noodle Sub, Caramel Iced Coffee and then Ham and Swiss Club, Kettle Chips, Iced Coffee. She... repeated the order back to us. What we received ?Iced Coffee-no flavoring, watered down COLD Soup, 2 sandwiches with NOMAYONNAISE, NO LETTUCE and NO KETTLE CHIPS. Sandwiches were dry. WON?T do Hortons again, tired of never getting what isordered. We usually liked to frequent for any meal. Lesson Learned. I?ll be making home cooked meals from now on. Read more
Pretty Nice little location. Really nice staff, clean restaurant about on par for Tim Horton?s.
I'm a frequent drive-thru customer and the service is almost always very fast and the food consistent. My order is almost always... accurate as well. Two things - 1. They changed their coffee supplier so the coffee is not nearly as good now and 2. If you wantsomething actually toasted, you need to ask them to triple toast it or it will just come out warm.
