First of all, this restaurant is located in a 24/7 TRUCK STOP. Truck drivers work all shifts (24/7), and need to be able to get... a decent meal when it?s time for them to take their mandatory breaks. The management here has allowed the staff to dictate the(ridiculous) hours that they?re open. This is not just a temporary situation, seeing that their ?hours of operation? sign hasbeen nicely laminated and they have been operating with these hours for well over 6 months. Management needs to split up thecrew (I counted 5 wait staff on a slow day) in order to expand the hours. Truckers understand a place being short staffed andare willing to wait for a table and meal (and usually tip better) while on their break. This store (and management) has nodesire to do any better. Loved the food, I had a great server, and the rest of the staff was very pleasant. The gentleman clearing the tables was... dancing to the music and was fun to talk to. Great job on staff training dennys!!! Will definitely stop again! Read more

TERRIBLE. We drove 40 minutes to get there, because we really wanted Denny's. It took 5 minutes to be greeted. Then, we were... told it would be a 25-30 minute wait because there was only one waitress in the entire restaurant. ONE. And the restaurant was25% full. We said "no thanks" and drove back toward our house and had a wonderful brunch 15 minutes from our house. As a sidenote, I told this to Denny's over 24 hours ago via Twitter and have received NO response. Does Denny's care about thislocation? You tell me! Because it needs some SERIOUS help. People were leaving in droves. Read more

Very surprised to get such a great experience at this Denny's. We were greeted by a very engaging hostess, was waited on... immediately and our food arrived in 10 minutes and was delicious. Keep up the good work! Read more

Road trip food! Breakfast. We arrived minutes before they opened. The staff was attentive, as though "they already had their... coffee" and the magic of same was working, while I was ready to have the "coffee IV" started. Our waitress was compassionateand helped get, at least my day, reoriented. The 55+ omelet, hashbrowns & toast hit the spot... Read more

The good first: On Easter Sunday, I enjoyed my pancakes and my brunch buddy enjoyed their never-ending eggs, sausage, and... pancakes. The bad: When my brunch buddy received their second plate of eggs, there was a hair in the eggs. They politelyinformed the server about the hair in their food. The server to my memory did not say a word and just quickly took the plateaway. We watched where the server went and it appeared that she might have been speaking with the shift manager(??) The personwho could have been the manager took the plate and went to the kitchen. Still nothing was said to us.... The server walked pastour table and I don't think she even looked at us. After a few min, the person who appeared to be the manager - I have no ideaif she was or not - brought out a plate of eggs to my brunch buddy. The possible manager said that this was a new plate of eggsfresh from the stove and mumbled an apology and walked away... We finished our meal and the server brought us our bills. I donot recall the server saying anything about the hair in the food nor asking if everything was okay with the new plate of fresheggs... There was another person who came to the table, an older man who appeared like he could be the store manager or theowner or something. No idea who he was... He came by and asked how the service and everything was for us. I said everything wasgood except for the hair in the food. He was very apologetic - the ONLY person who was. My brunch buddy asked if there wasanything that could be done to their bill... Shockingly the server had not taken anything off his bill!! ... This man told usyes and to ask/remind(?) the ladies at the cash register. So we went up to the cash register to pay our bills and brunch buddyasked about something being taken off their bill.
