Waitress was friendly.. They were out of ranch dressing and kids cups. When our food was brought out we were informed there were... no mashed potatoes which my husband and I both ordered. I ordered my steak medium well and it came out rare and cold to thetouch. Sent it back. The manage ripped it from my hands and didn?t say a word. 15 mins later still no steak. I've been going to Denny's for over 50 years and never once have i had a bad experience! The menu's change often but you always... get the same great tasting food!And the pancakes are the best you can't get those pancakes anywhere else!! The waitresses arealways kind friendly and get the food to the table quick and hot just like i like it. Read more
The food was great, nice to see crepes on the menu. (Came back twice over the weekend for them) They're a bit short staffed ATM,... so if you do go.. be mindful that it may take them a moment to get your food to your table if they're packed, especially in themorning. My dad mom & I ate at Denny's last night after leaving the funeral home for my cousin. We were greeted with a big beautiful... smile by Angela the only waitress working that shift. She had a smile the whole time we were there and a great attitude. Thenthe food was awesome and the cook Gary he was so friendly great attitude & a awesome cook. Got there and waited 12 minutes for someone to ask us how many. Was not busy. Servers were just looking at us and then looking... away. I get it. We had a party of 12. They asked us to wait. That's fine. Then sat us at 2 tables. Also fine. 15 minutes laterserver came by and asked if we wanted drinks. 10 minutes later we got our drinks. Then took our order. She said she was going toput in 4 orders at a time to not overwhelm the kitchen. Still fine. We got our food. Watched our server check her phone andcheck her makeup in the phone. Asked for our check and she went back to standing at the grill waiting on food to be cooked Iguess. Someone from our party finally asked her for our check. 20 minutes later and more standing and staring at the cooks, wedecided to go up to the cashier and just tell her what we had to eat. She was a little bothered by it because we didn't have ourreceipts. Server finally came with checks.. just not ours. She was aggravated we didn't wait for our checks. I been going to this place for more than 10 years! Sadly every time we have been in the past month it gets worse!!! Today the... place was empty and still had to wait to be seated only for one of the waitresses to yelled from behind the counter telling usto sit wherever we wanted to sit!!! The place was completely filthy, the worse I had seen this place in years! Then the samewaitress yelled again from behind the counter asking if we needed a menu?! She got close to us and I?m sorry but her smell wasabsolutely uncalled for! I?m not shaming anyone! But if you work at a restaurant you need to make sure you apply deodorant!!!After we seated ourselves here comes our server stretching herself while asking us if we were read to order, she was so sleepyit was unreal and let?s not mention how duty she was as well!! My order was wrong as well but at this point I did say anything!We try to make it the best since we were already there, no refills on coffee, no check! So I waited 15 min to be seated only seated after I asked is there a hostess as there is a sign says wait to be seated. While I... was waiting there was no one behind me and there was ample time to get a seat. After being seated I atleast got my coffee andwater I asked for 30 min later unfortunately still waiting to get my food. While I wait I have see serval folks come in no needto wait to be seated. Disappointing this is an image of my empty water and coffee cut as I still wait. Varydisappointed. Update folks seated after me are getting there food as well. I'm not one to get angery or frustrated easily butdang that's seriously disappointing. This review is being written as I sit and wait. Let's see if food is atleast ok. 40 min I Irecived my food unfortunately I was not asked how i would like my stake. I am curious if food will be cold I'm surprised it wasatleast worm. I normally eat my stakes rare this one was tuff because over cooked. For my liking. Probably because I did not askfor how I wanted it cooked. I never got a refill on my water or coffee even after I got my food. Still sitting same place. For30 min of the 40 I waited. Really sucks. I'm not normally this harsh on a review but and I'm sorry but all I can say isdamn! Final thoughts service lacking cook's even though I dont like medium well stakes that was ok thanks cooks at least youguys are trying thanks I thought after I ate maybe I'd get a dessert but I dont know if I wanna wait all that long for that. My mom and I went to Dennys on Saturday and it was a little bit of a wait but that was OK. We had one of the nicest waitresses I... had a special request that day and she was more than willing to help me out her name was Jennifer M. She not only took her orderand brought our food make sure we had what we needed but she start to just be friendly and talk.
