This is the WORST McDonalds I've ever been to. From iced coffee to good, it's all bad. Went last night ordered McRib no sauce at... all, it was horrible. The fries are always cold, ask for fresh, get cold. Forgot the double cheeseburger, the ppl are alwaysnice. Just pull up and say just give me what you want you'll have a better chance of getting what you want, than to try to orderit. Read more
They can't seem to get an order correct here. From the wrong drink to the wrong sandwich. And don't expect the soda machine to... be working with the drink you want. They've been out of Diet Coke the last few trips as well... So, I guess good luck if youcome here? Check your bag and drinks before you leave. Read more
This place is always hit and miss. I understand it's fast food, but they try and push you through like a herd of cattle. They... don't really give you an opportunity to ask for anything. Plus the food is either terrible or OK. The past few times I haveeaten here the fries have been very stale. No one wants nasty stale fries. Read more
We waited for 20 minutes for nuggets and when they brought them to us they were cold and didn't have any sauce with them like... requested and the sundae was melted . I understand busy but there were only 4 cars in the drive through and we were #2 and aboutto close in an hour so there was no inside traffic either Read more
Went yesterday & had a fresh, 6 piece nugget & Caramel Frappe with expresso. Tasted good & was happy with how the inside... looked. Manager on duty at 2:30 p.m. was great ! Will definitely return to this location. Broadway McDonald's is HORRIBLE! Read more
The speaker in the drive-thru must be busted because the cashier was not able the hear me despite my speaking being clear and... concise. I had to keep repeating myself. The cashier was still nice and apologetic when asking me to repeat myself. But overallthe food was great. I had no problems with it. Read more
I walked in to pick up my food and found a half eaten sandwich on the counter where I picked up my food. It was just disgusting.... The sign at the front says new ownership new opportunities. But I think with a new ownership there is a lack of cleaning up. Thestore is a mess. Employees doing what ever they want instead of serving customers and employees using bad language withcustomers. Never seem to get a single order correct. Service is just garbage no days. Asked for a double quarter pounder with cheese only,... fries and drink. I got just a double quarter pounder with everything on it, no fries, no drink. They asked me to pull forward sothey could fix it. Brought back a burger with ketchup dripping all over it.
