Is a messy person and had a very horrible attitude when she was making my sandwich. then dropped my eggs on the floor... then without CHANGING HER GLOVES picked up another egg and put it in the microwave to warm up with the rest of my eggs. I went to the spirit lake subway and I was ordering my sandwich and there was a new employee that had started and a younger boy.... While I was ordering my sandwich the younger boy had asked the new employee where a certain knife was and she had explain to himthat it was in the back. He then yelled at her saying that she should not wash that knife because it is very sharp and he yelledat her in front of three other families that was there. I felt very embarrassed for her and I was very disappointed in the wayhe spoke to her. He was very rude I am not sure who this employee was but I hope he gets talk to you about the way he acted. Hewas very rude to her and the way he spoke to her was very disrespectful. No one should yell at their coworkers in front ofcustomers. Read more
Love curbside pickup! Order and brought made to order direct to vehicle. Can't get much better than that! Oh and not to mention... the specials received from using the app. Service is excellent and staff very helpful and friendly. You won't regretstopping...eat up and enjoy???? Read more
1/27/20: I have been having bad experiences with this subway for awhile unfortunately but tonight's service was so bad, I felt... the need to write a review. Our customer service was ridiculous. They did not cut our sandwich in half, they put exactly 11pieces of spinach in our protein bowl, put the lid on the protein bowl upside down then went to rinse it off and brought back awet lid to put over top of it. Were very rude and and rushed us the entire time we were ordering because they were "in themiddle of online orders". The young man closed my sandwich before it even had sauce on it, while asking "is that all". Justoverall not impressed. I like when Subway employees ask me if I need more of anything and try to converse with me. I did not getthat experience tonight and haven't for awhile. Read more
