I absolutely LOVE this shop! Everyone is super friendly and the ice cream cakes are to die for!! This is my 2nd year ordering... for my husband's birthday and every year the flavors and decor on the cake gets better and better!! I will always order fromthis shop! We stopped by this location to look at cakes for a very special friend, as her birthday is next week. This cake caught our eye,... and was the most amazing, colorful, and detailed cake I have ever seen in my entire life!! The staff here was very friendly and patient! My wife and I got Cherry Garcia, Chewy Chocolate Cookie and the Half Baked in a... large waffle cone. It was a perfect size for 2 and the ice-cream was a good consistency and didn't melt too fast. I wouldrecommend this place for anyone looking to get some qaulity ice-cream and just walk around the mall. They have a huge variety offlavors and different options to choose from. I have not tried the smoothies but they do have them and they look very good. Read more
Poor representation of Ben and Jerry's. Ordered a banana split and when the staff handed it to us, she said they do not have any... fruit toppings. Over $9.00 for a banana split that has minimal Ice cream and is mostly whipped cream and banana. Our familystopped in after spending a fun day at Riverfront Park on Mother's day. Not what we expected, very disappointed. We don't blamethe staff, they are working extremely hard and doing their best. Read more
The scoop the server put on my 5 year old?s cone wasn?t even packed down into the cone, not one little bit. I noticed it as she... went to take her first lick, ice cream falls off, luckily I catch it though. I?m standing in front of the server, holding thescoop of ice cream in my hand that she just put on, she doesn?t apologize, she doesn?t offer a new scoop, she says ?I can getyou a bowl if she can?t eat off the cone?. I don?t know if you remember being 5, but it?s ice cream, not rocket science. My 5year old is perfectly capable of eating ice cream from a cone, and could probably scoop it better than the lady who is paid todo so. Pathetic customer service, especially for the $6 I spent per single scoop of ice cream on a kids waffle cone. Will notreturn, ice cream is sub par and the staff tip the scales into full blown ?don?t deserve my money? territory. Read more
