Half the time they aren't open when they say they are. Horribly unprofessional and bad for keeping business. If you open at 11.... Be open at 11. The medical excuse isn't going to work with me...change your times and hours then to better accommodate you andyour customers. On Saturday, June 25, 2022, we visited Brooklyn Deli. It was our first visit and it came during Hoopfest weekend. We were... looking for a spot that was away from the courts so we wouldn?t have to deal with crowds. Experience-wise we really enjoyed ourvisit. We were able to cool off, take our time, and visit. We were allowed to push tables together so all our teammates andfamily members could sit together. I built my own sandwich. I ordered a half portion and it cost $8.50. It tasted good and wasfresh. My wife ordered a turkey melt and we ordered my daughter a side of French fries as she had ate shortly beforehand. Thefries were good (I ate some) and my wife said she enjoyed her sandwich. The bill came to over $27 so I do feel Brooklyn Deli ison the pricier side but that isn?t to say you shouldn?t try it out. Bottom line, the atmosphere and food are both good. Read more

Had their Stacker hot sandwich, it was delicious! Only high quality ingredients here. I would have given them 5 stars, but the... price was a little high. I do understand that inflation/ shrinkflation is affecting all small businesses, but still kinda hardto swallow the price. I do intend to go back here and try a different sandwich. Read more
