It's becoming increasingly difficult to find decent customer service in the food industry. Seemingly overworked employees in... under staffed environments is the major cause, but I digress. This place was no exception poor customer service. Going throughthe drive through, after waiting to receive my card, which was returned to me with my food, I took a moment to return it to mywallet. The person attending the window looked at me with a "well get going" expression that was followed by a gesture making itvery obvious this was the case. Had I say there for a while, sure, I might understand this. But, the only reason for my delayin driving off was because my card was not returned to me right away, causing the necessary delay to put it into my wallet. Read more

Only had the cook and cashier working but they were a great team of pros who worked quickly and without stress or mistakes... getting out drive thru and inside orders in no time at all! Those 2 guys deserve raises cuz man my food was hot and he was sopolite!! Read more

It's frustrating when you go through drive thru and it takes several minutes to place order when there was no line. Then I asked... if they can lettuce wrap the burger and the answer was absolutely. Then I get to the window and wait for a few more minutes onlyto get a bun! If you're going to be be so slow at least get it right. Not to mention the wrapper was nasty. I will not return Read more

I just came in a few minutes ago and ordered a medium fry and a sourdough jack. I am the girl with the blue hair lol (normally I... go drive thru) I just want to say that this location always has the sweetest people. They are fast and efficient, I understandfast food work is stressful but they're always so welcoming and happy to serve people. I didn't catch the girls name when I wentinside but she's the one wearing the black hijab, she was so incredibly sweet and friendly. She offered me a free water cup withmy meal, made sure I had what I needed and all around just very friendly and welcoming. Very very bad service! in the morning breakfast time only one person working in ?Drive true? she takes my cash and after that... she prepared my sandwich without gloves same hands, I was waiting long time for one small breakfast sandwich for 10 -12minutes, there was already a big line of cars behind me?. I stopped by three times that restaurant and same service all thetime , I will never go back again to this horrible place, Ps my sandwich was terribly salty and layers inside of the sandwichwas horrible messy, honestly it was unpleasant to eat it, I didn?t finish it bad service! If I could give this a negative rating I would. I'm 50 and experienced one of the worst customer service experiences in fast... food ever. This location is on my way to work so I stopped here for more convenience then anything else, largely the staff atthe drive thru is really never very friendly. I love using Restaurant Apps for ordering because you get deals, orders a littlequicker and rewards. I have several fast food apps for multiple restaurants and the Carl Jr's is my least favorite. It seemslike the staff here and other locations hate it, most times when you tell them I put in a mobile app order they say ohhhhh thatjust came in... It doesn't matter if I placed the order 15 minutes or more prior to arrival. The staff seems irritated and itreally projects to the customer. My favorite apps are Jack in the Box and Chick-fil-A. Ok lets talk about the visit 6:22 am on6/29/22. I placed my mobile order just after 6am. I arrived at 6:22 am. I pulled up to the drive thru and waited a few momentsfor someone to come to the speaker. When they did they asked me what I wanted to order and like every other time I said I placeda mobile app order and gave him my name. His exact response was this the last time I am doing this for you.... Now I have tosay I was a bit confused and asked for what for me...he started rampaging about he was the only one there and had to open thestore and he just got my order. Still a bit confused I asked for how long would they not be taking mobile orders. His responsewas I just dropped your order pull forward it would be a minute, I said ok and asked for the name of the stores general managerand owner and a phone number to call them, he said he would be happy to. Know there is no way to cancel the order through theapp and you are already charged when you place the order otherwise I would have just left and go to the VERY friendly Jack inthe Box just up the road. Ignore the bun... That was my bad..... I feel like this location Struggles sometimes but i dont think its the fault of the... people that work there. It has to be the management and their hiring. They always come through even if they are slow due tostaffing. And whoever the guy on drive thru was 05/16 i hope you see this. Yall made some good food and had great customerservice. Read more
