I was looking for a venue to host a very special event that would not only be able to accommodate the large number off guests... but also make this a truly unique day and memorable day. We found this at Chaos Arcade. The crew at Chaos were extremely helpfuland attentive. The crew member assigned to host our event stayed in the event room and assisted us with multiple slide shows,frequently checked with myself and guests to address any needs, and helped with the set up and cleaning. The crew at Chaos wereattentive to the needs of the children in the arcades and answered all of our questions. I can thank the employee at Chaos formaking this a truly memorable evening. My family and I will be forever grateful for their kindness, generosity andprofessionalism. They met and exceeded our every expectation. The party planner is so helpful and friendly. He was absolutely five+ stars. Birthday party was fun. Love the unlimited play... option. Most of the staff were really helpful and nice, but there were exceptions. I do appreciate how seriously the stafftook under age drinking. Every ID was checked and wristbands issued. Reasonably clean for an arcade and good selection of gamesto play. Pizza was not good, but a decent beer and wine selection helped it down. Overall I'm happy. Read more
Super fun place to go while in Spokane! Lots of games to choose from. They offer alcohol, coffee, lattes, ice cream and... nachos. They only lose 1 point for the staff. The lady taking the drink orders was a touch pushy. I was trying to order and shekept rushing us. Hate that. Read more
Edited to add: I have dropped to 4 stars. I put on a party for my son's 16th birthday. Be aware that they don't allow any... outside food at all and they don't cater to allergies. My daughter has severe allergies and couldn't eat food at Chaos. We stillpaid for a party of 15, indluding her, so it was frustrating she couldn't bring in food safe for her when we bought food atChaos she couldn't even eat. The cupcakes were beautiful but didn't taste great. Also the guys running the VR stations weren'tvery organized. Also the bowling game still isn't working well. The positive is planning the party was pretty easy. Previousreview: Other than food prices a little on the high side, everything was great. The games were fun and clean. I only noticed abowling game that needed repairs. The place was clean, even the bathrooms and games. The staff was nice and friendly. The foodwas good. The party room is nicely decorated and clean. It wasn't over crowded. You can load tokens to a card so you can usethem in the future as well. We will definitely be back. I have I one suggestion. Put fries or chips with your sandwiches andthey would be a better value. Read more
We chose Chaos Arcade for a company team building event and we were not disappointed! There were 7 of us adults that went on a... Thursday afternoon and were there for hours. We had so much fun! Game quality is spot on! Food was good! Drinks were creativeand yummy! We will definitely be back! Read more
All around amazing place. Just brought home this massive LEGO set with the tickets I?ve won since going. Staff is super helpful... and the pizza was great. (I recommend the thin crust). Huge variety of games to play making it fun for anyone. Read more

Brought our kids here. We will be back. Kid-friendly and adult-friendly!! We were here the last hour or so before they closed.... Some old games I grew up and enjoyed were here, and im coming back. While the kids had their hot chocolate, we had our adultbeverages. I didn't get to try the food but ill give an update on my return. Pretty expensive, so I plan on spending money, butfor a lovely night of games, it's worth it. Plus, You can earn tickets/points and cash them for prizes!!! For anyone that'sgone to chuck e cheese, just know, this place is pricier than that. If you're doing a family event save the money (: so gladthis place opened. Read more
