Great food, good service, reasonable prices!
Had dinner and drinks with my s.o. here. Bar staff was incredibly friendly. Alex was a fantastic bar tender, and knew exactly... what to do when we weren't sure what to order. Dinner was good, and the waitress was clearly incredibly experienced and hardworking. I watched her juggle 4 platters and a check, and nothing ever even wobbled. After waiting about 25 minutes to be seated I was sat at a dirty table. The restaurant had about 6 other tables, so it was not... busy at all. Made me wonder why I had to wait so long to be seated in the first place. I caught the servers attention and askedfor our table to be wiped down and she acknowledged that it was dirty and said ok. She then proceeded to walk around with a washcloth in her hand while getting to-go boxes for other tables as well as bringing out bills and fortune cookies. All the whilestill not cleaning our table. I spent about 35 minutes there at this point, so I got up and left with out saying another word.This place used to be the best in town. The decline over the years is sad to say the least. Just walking in to get take out thelast few times and seeing all the boxes under the fish tank up front told me they've given up. I won't be back. Easily accessible from the main road. Wheelchair accessible, and handicap parking. We were seated rather quickly. Bench seating... in the foyer to sit while you wait on your party to arrive. We ate in the bar area. Plenty of seating. Some nights live musicand karaoke. We talked for a while before ordering. They didn't rush us. The food was really large plates. No skimping there. Took my mother to lunch today. She usually goes to a competitor restaurant however this is where I go. She really enjoyed all... the foods and said yes you are right this is good. I've never been disappointed with their food. Read more
Save your money! Just yuck, I ordered a dinner combo with almond chicken, rice, chow mein and sweet and sour chicken. The chow... mein consisted of ONLY onions and celery, with what looked like a piece of bbq pork grated over the top. The rice was good, butit also appeared as if lunch meat or something was thinly sliced and thrown on top. Is this a joke? In all my life I have neverseen such an atrocity. The sweet and sour sauce tasted like soy sauce and vinegar, and the gravy on the almond chicken wasstraight up disgusting. The portions were large and the chicken itself (minus sauces) was decent. Overall, the food wasextremely bland and a complete disappointment. What a joke, it tasted like someone's first attempt at Chinese food that failed.This place is for those who love Olive Garden and Applebees because the quality and taste is awful. Complete waste of $16. Ifyou think this place is good, you don't get out much. Read more
