Despite having plenty of staff and being obviously capable of handling in person orders, this location has abysmal customer... service for mobile orders and an absurd wait time for any mobile orders. They appeared to have not refilled their beveragestation in a while, it was dirty too. Be prepared for a wait and only order in person. I will not be coming back. Read more
My last time in, my phone had broken earlier that day. I arrived at 8:33, and was told that I would not be able to order due to... my inability to place a mobile order after 8:30 by one of your employees. I ended up having my girlfriend place the order overthe phone so that I could have my food, but your app only uses Apple Pay for payment. This means I had the choice of forcing mygirlfriend to pay for my dinner, or give her direct access to my debit card permanently through Apple Pay. I decided to give youguys one more shot at an in-person experience tonight, and you guys were sold out of multiple menu items I came in for hoursprior to close, with no indication on their preparation nor return. So incredibly disappointed. Ordered from this location on UberEats and to begin with, the restaurant ?lost our order? and 3... drivers just gave up on waiting, making the order an hour later than the ETA. I?ve had Chipotle in the past at different locations but for some reason I wasn?t 100% satisfied with my meal. I ordered a taco... salad with steak and the meat was extremely chewy and hard to get down. Everything else had great flavor. I also ordered achicken burrito but they limited how much meat they put in. It was also hard to order because the music speaker is right abovethe ordering station. Before I started working for chipotle I actually never had it, I decided one day I was gonna order from there and when it... arrived I couldn?t do anything but just devour the whole burrito bowl. I ordered white rice with pinto beans, steak, pico degallo, mild salsa, with corn salsa, sour cream, cheese and guacamole. It actually kind of inspired me to work for chipotle, thefood was amazing for a decent price and after I was done eating I decided to look the company up and I found out that they areactually a company that is really fresh with their ingredients and they get them in a way that also helps the farmers who farmin a more humane way. After reading that I knew I wanted to work for them, so I left my job of 8 months and got a job there andI?ve loved it ever since.
