This place will not throw food out or else their food hold times need to be shortened! If the meat is fresh the rice is dry &... rock hard. If the rice is fresh the meat is dry. Hopefully they can get some consistency because when everything is on pointit's delicious! Read more

When I moved from Cali to Spokane in 2019 I was happy to know there is a Chipotle here. Happiness ended there. You see friends,... Chipotle?s in other states are very generous with their portions, but THIS location is super stingy. I order from the app withonly 3 things in my hard taco (or bowl) ? white rice, chicken, and cheese. I drive there, pick it up, hoping to have a betterexperience from the last order. We ordered a catered meal to pick up via their website. Barely 24 hours in advance, for the record. The food was so delicious... and well packaged. They also were kind enough to push my pick-up time 45 minutes when I couldn't get a more favorable time onthe website. A couple of cons, but certainly not enough to take a star off: 1. the answering system on their phones isobstructive to getting a real person, to say the least. Since everybody's understaffed these days, I get why it's necessary, andI got through eventually. 2. The online catering isn't very customizable. You kind of get what you get with their constructedcatering packages. But it's all tasty. My people LOVED the food. Read more
