I'm glad I did not pay attention to the reviews because I love this place. Went here for the first time today and it was... excellent. I live in South Carolina and Dickey's pulled pork BBQ sandwich is way better than where I'm from. The guy at thewindow was very nice and I couldn't be happier. Thank you! Read more

Well they redeemed themselves and we received great service. Hot food. Awesome customer service. I update my reviews after I... revisit a place depending on the service. Seems to be much better here than before. Always love the frito pie so good ???? Read more

Usually pretty good but the brisket is god awful. it taste like a overcooked steak. It doesnt seem worth the price and I wouldnt... reccomend. Went back again, 16 dollars for two slices of brisket pretty silly, no customers, yet the four workers lacked theability to put gloves on and scoop my sides, gross. Read more

We used to love dickeys but last time it was good was about 6 months ago. The crew that works there now just doesn?t have the... customer service that it used to. And they never get my orders right. I?ve tried a few times maybe they had an off day. But 3time now I?ve tried the meat is dry and my sides are never correct. When ordering they ask me what my sides where 3 times andstill can?t get it right. It?s sad. Hopefully dickeys can restore what we loved before. Read more

Food is great. Unfortunately service at the drive through is bad. Eaten there four times in 4-6 weeks and every order has been... botched. Tonight I got a 2 meat combo, got home and there was only one of the meats. The food is good, but at $20-$25 per personfor a meal, the value is horrible when they mess up your order consistently. Maybe dining in is different since you can audityour order when you are there. Read more

Had lunch here, looks like a back in time place. Nice and clean which I appreciate very much. The staff so friendly and help us... bring our meals to the table. The meat was a little dried but overall was good. I?ll say the ribs were my favorite. My sisterorder the chicken and that one was too dried. Also order the brisket plate with green bean and slaw. My dad liked the brisketplate as well with the corn bread. Read more

No problem with the "taste" of the food... Most unfriendly Dickeys employee I have ever met. Obviously he didn't want to be... there. And, to top it off, my pound of pulled pork came in chunks, as did my pound of sliced brisket. Chunks. Pound of chickenbreast...chunks. Read more

The good things - service was great, mustard potato salad was good, the bread product they give you was delicious. Now the bad... thing - I ordered a brisket meal. The aforementioned extras were as I said. Only about half the brisket was edible as there wasa lot of fat in what I ordered. I hopefully will be able to include a picture. The brisket it's self was pretty good. My wife isfrom Oklahoma and recently we spent 6 months in St. Louis working. If you ever eat barbecue from those areas, you will realizethat barbecue in the west will never measure up. We have tried a multitude of places here in Washington and Oregon. I don't holdthis establishment at fault for that. It is what it is out here in the west. I felt a 4 rating was a little lenient as only onething was wrong, albeit the main thing we went there to eat. I felt they deserved better than a 3 though. I would suggest whenthey prepare a diner's food to watch how much fat is in the serving. A little fat is fine, but not half the meat. Read more
