I wouldn't even give them one star but I have to. We ordered our food at 4:46 p.m. It finally got here at 6:07. Are pizza... arrived cold? We're missing the frosting for the cinnamon twists. I called the store twice asking for a refund. Both times theyhung up on me after asking for that. The third time I got to talk to Richard and he said that all they can do is either send meout new ones or put a note in my chart for free pizzas. Next time. There will not be in next time. Made a small order of some bread bites with their new cheese dip and an order of lava cakes for a late night treat. Order shows... up and there’s no lava cakes. The driver speeds off despite being waved down and yelled at in the parking lot of a very quietapartment complex. Tried calling the store multiple times only to be hung up on repeatedly. Open the bread bites? Half are rawand half are burnt. The cheese dip is cold. Don’t order here. Can’t even return this useless food. Read more
Food said it was delivered but it was not. I called and spoke with the manager Richard who stated the address was incorrect but... told him I have proof on our confirmation that our address is correct. He kept making excuses. He said he would have itredelivered immediately and “fixed” the incorrect Apt on his side. Wait over an hour and still nothing. Called back andspoke with Richard again who stated it was sent back out to the wrong address again then said actually the other manager said itcouldn’t be remade so was never sent out. Very rude and unprofessional. Asked for refund and just kept saying we can onlyredeliver. Yeah so I can have it “delivered” to the wrong place again. Three and half hours of this bs. First off I ordered my pizza got it and hour later cold because they claimed my trailer number wasn't listed on the address ... which it was I have proof it is. Ive ordered multiple times and log in with my name never had any problems with that before.Pictures below are what it looked like after an hour. This is unacceptable! My fiancé and I usually go to the one on Argonne in the valley but we were out in this area, so pizza... sounded good ordered at 12:20 and it said it would be done by 12:40. Well nope it was done at 12:30! 10 min to prepare and cookone pizza and 2 pasta bowls? Yeah I don’t think so. Well needless to say we got home and our pizza was cold like out of therefrigerator cold, the bacon was burnt, that sausage was burnt, the cheese looked like it was sitting there for at least 3hours. My fiancé decided to give it the benefit of the doubt and try it well that was a mistake. Called today and was told theycan’t make a new one or anything because it was from last night and said if we would of called after we got home that we wouldof been able to get a new one because they are there for 3 hours after close which they closed at 1am. I was not about to driveback down town from the valley so thanks a lot for an old pizza dominos. I will not return to this one. Read more
Order a pizza and this is what we got. So many bubbles and hardly anything on it. Quality checked? Definitely not. So I called... and explained the situation. They offered to make another pizza. Ok cool. Well it was delivered but not cooked fully and hardlyany toppings again. We will be taking our business elsewhere for awhile. Read more
I ordered pizza at this location via online order round 12 pm. I got at text at 1220 stating Justin the delivery driver was on... the way. After not receiving my pizza I finally checked the pizza tracker at 150 pm after waiting 1.5 hours and it stated myorder was delivered. I called this location and spoke to Andrew whom was very rude. He told me that due to construction aroundmy apartment that Justin could not fund my apartment and knocked on several doors. Then he said that Justin called me and Itold him I didn't order pizza. I told Andrew that I never received a phone call from anyone and I asked what number wascalled. Andrew sounded very annoyed and said he couldn't confirm what number was called which didn't make any sense to me. Inever received any notification that the delivery driver was looking for my apartment. I did not speak to anyone informing methat they were canceling my order. Instead the marked the order complete and stold my money. I declined to reorder becauseAndrew's attitude was very condescending and he sounded annoyed that I would want my order since I had already paid online. AllI want is my money back. This is the worst experience I have had by far. Just cancel the order, and don't mark it as complete,receive the the payment and 20% tip, and leave the customer wondering where there pizza is at.
