Both stores (Cheney and across from Petro exit 272) have staff problems. First Cheney employees lied at 1110 pm and said they... were closed when actually open until midnight. Across from Petro at exit 272 at least was open. However good luck getting whatyou ordered in a timely manner, or even getting the correct order at all. When we open the boxes at home we find only 1 pizza isright. The breadsticks had NO breadsticks. Only sauce. A joke of a dinner outing. Save your money and go to a soup kitcheninstead. Our entire experience at both locations was a terrible frustrating nightmare. No more Dominos here. Read more
Ordered car side pickup and got my order, after driving off I realized they gave me the wrong order, after getting the correct... order, they forgot to give me one of my items. When I called them to tell them, they then couldn't find my order after I gavethe number to them 4 or 5 times. Not a good experience at all. Read more
Normally I would say that this location has treated me pretty well. But tonight their online ordering was down, and they... wouldn't honor a coupon just because of that. So I asked "You won't honor one of your own coupons just because I can't order itonline?" The reply was "That's correct." This really upset me. Guess I will go to Pizza hut from now on. Read more
We're starting to wonder whether ordering from here again is worth it. Multiple times we go to order with the app on a coupon,... only to find our final price, before delivery fees and taxes, is still a good 5 or more dollars more than what the couponpromoted. This last time, we called the restaurant and were told they had never had this issue with the app from anyone and thatcorporate handles it, not them. Then, there was no equivalent coupon at the store level for the same things, only more money forless items. It really is a shame to advertise something and then not follow through. Read more

We got a pizza that did not have enough sauce on it and didn?t taste quite fresh. We took the pizza back to see if we could get... a fresh one cooked. The employee there told us it would be the same pizza if he cooked it again or not. He said I can?t bedoing this all the time giving out free food. We then told him we didn?t want the pizza and we aren?t coming back. We havebeen here once a week or so since the place opened and have liked their pizza in the past. But we won?t go back now.
