Very awesome and sweet people at this location. I think the person helping me tonight was Riley (?), he recommended the White... Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Mocha! It tastes amazing and I definitely will be coming back for more :) I feel bad for coming inso close to closing but I was craving hot coffee and he definitely went above and beyond! Another great Dutch Brothers and this one had plenty of room to get off the road when waiting on line. Speaking of lines, it was... 97 degrees when we stopped, yet they still came outside with a tablet to take our order. It was hot, really hot, and shows realdedication to making our visit both fun and efficient. Also, I think these guys make the best iced Cocomo of all the DBs. ???? Read more
The staff was super friendly and helped us pick drinks according to what we liked. This is my second time visiting a Dutch Bros... Coffee shop and it was nice! They were playing old school Brittney Spears jams and there was a barista vibing and singingalong! Definitely the mood and caffeine I needed for a post lunch drink. The lady at the register who took my order was alsonice enough to ask me exactly the taste I was looking for. Ended up getting the Irish Cream cold brew. Thank you guys! Read more
Horrible experience!! I specifically ordered a 16 Oz latte. We had ordered 3 drinks. They handed my husband the two cold and... lastly a 12 Oz. hot drink. My husband pulled forward before I could rectify it. I IMMEDIATELY went into the store and asked themto give me a 16 Oz, like I ordered. She took my drink and said she was going to get me one. Another couple came and spent asignificant time on their order after mine. The whole time, I was thinking they were making my drink. Finally, she yells, "Couldyou guys get that going? She's waiting." They hadn't even started making it! I waited and then finally said,"I have to go. I amin such a hurry." She said,"I understand, but we're slammed." To which I responded, "I get it but my ENTIRE car heard me saythat I wanted a 16 Oz hot latte...I have to go, can I just have my small drink back?" "That is no longer available for you." Ihad to go. So, I left without the coffee that we had already paid for. Horrible, horrible service at the Wandemere branch. Andthey took my money and did NOT fill my order. I am livid. My drink should have gone to the front of the order line, not theback. We had already waited in a line 6 cars deep. Read more
Gave them another chance, but same experience. Really don't understand the positive reviews. Must be people who don't need to... get to work. 1 SUV in line prior to my arrival. 10 minutes and 2 drinks! Then another 3 minutes of banter. Heard how she livesin Liberty Lake, wakes up at 3:30am, had such a long drive, but loves her job. Gave me such solice as I was almost late to workthanks to Dutch Bros.
