lovely little shop in downtown, such an amazing bar tender. she gave us so many tips on what all to do here in spokane (we were... visiting) My drink was nice - grapefruit with egg white my husbands drink was okay - scotch based. we both loved the chocolatecake here. Read more
Such a cute little place! The Sweater Weather Corretto and Coconut Cream Cake were both delicious.
Beautiful venue and the live music is excellent. Servers are very nice and sweet. Unfortunately though, their phones and... talking about hair & whatnot was more important than customers. We were forgotten about, 1 item of our order was fulfilled butthat's it. Everything else requested was forgotten about and never made it into the system. I ended up waiting for a little morethan a half hour, giving up, paying for the one item and went elsewhere. Read more
Live Music - hard to beat having lovely drinks while listening to good local musicians do their thing. The drinks are well... prepared and they have an excellent selection of all kinds of spirits. No hot food, on my last visit this wasn't an issue, butif I was hungry it might have made the review only get 4 stars. Emma Rue?s is a luxe café offering artisan coffee, cocktails, and gluten free French-style bakery items. The wall murals and... unique La Marzocco espresso machine introduce a classic and relaxing atmosphere. A lot of thought went into table decor anddesign. The North wall has a curtain connecting with People?s Waffle, forming a symbiotic shared space. I ordered a Cordata (avery strong extra-short latte) it was excellent, as were the cappuccinos. This place is amazing! I'm gluten intolerant and all their treats are gluten free, which is super exciting but what's even... better is that they're delicious. I stopped in close to closing and picked up some baked goods but I can't wait to go back inthe morning sometime for coffee. The inside is absolutely gorgeous and the staff were super friendly.
