It used to be our go to burger joint. The food remains excellent but the atmosphere has gone down hill. We are seniors and hate... how loud the grunge/hard Rock music is being played. We won't be back until they address this issue. Read more
I love eating here. The only drawback is that if your a single person there should be a mini order of French fries. The small... order is way too much for someone who likes to eat alone. It's just seems wasteful. Read more

I paid over $13 for a cheeseburger and small fry. I was hoping it would be worth it, but unfortunately it was not. My burger bun... was soggy. The fries were ok, but not great. Also a young lady in front of me was asking about getting a discount. Sheapparently worked next door. Instead of being cordial the guy yelled loudly in front of everyone "WE HAVE BILLS TO PAY" andother uncalled for remarks. You don't offer discounts, totally fine! I love Five Guys burgers. However, the last three times I've been to the North Spokane Newport HWY location, they have seriously... messed up the order by not including items ordered and not putting what was requested on the Hamburger. Literally, dumping somuch seasoning and salt on the fries to the point we could not eat them. Also, did not include extras that were paid for, suchas an extra patty on the side. When I called to complain to the manager, he was a complete jerk?not saying anything at all. Idid not want free food; I just wanted them to fix the issues. However, this location and some of the employees clearly do notcare at all. I would highly suggest going somewhere else, less aggravating. Read more
We had 2 great burgers! The fries are awesome, they are real potatoes, skin and all. The very nice gal at counter noticed... husbands Retired Navy hat and offered us both free drinks as a Military Discount! Nice, clean and simple place. Burgers andDogs. Will be back again! Read more
the food is amazing! only issue is this Mexican lady throws people's drawings in the trash off the pin board. why you so salty... Mexican hate lady? El chupacabrah is what she may be, reincarnated. every drawing posters nemesis. once I watched Elchupacabrah wait 5 minutes while I was still sitting eating and she pulled my drawing down and cast it into El Diablos layers.
