The food was insane but a bit cold but absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was not the best, it's more than basic but has TV's... on the corner to watch!! The staff was wonderful. We love the Petro Station as well. Fantastic service and the best showersmoney can buy! Read more

One might think when reading my reviews that I like to complain. Not so. I just expect hotel rooms to be clean, quiet and... reasonably priced. Restaurants should have good food, attentive waitstaff and, again, reasonably priced. Iron Skillet is insomething like a truck stop. Even so, the above criteria should still apply. I had scrambled eggs, bacon that had not beenblotted so there was still puddles of grease on them and thick pancakes that were still doughy inside. Syrup was the fake kind, corn syrup and maple flavoring. My companion had biscuits and gravy (his favorite) he says was ?passable? but I noticed hedidn?t eat all of his biscuits. Milk was likely the 1% kind, which was disappointing. Price was average; I?ve had much betterfood for the same price. Waitstaff, however, was great - she did it all. Took our order and money, brought our food to thetable, bussed the dishes. Read more

Zero stars! A truck stop restaurant that is closed on weekends? Specifically stopped here to eat dinner and take 10 hour break... before hitting the road again. At least I was here early enough for a free parking space. This place should stop charging forparking if you aren't going to offer truckers a decent meal at the end of their long day. Won't be back. It?s pretty bad that the restaurant isn?t open on weekends here I?m having to do a 34 hour break and gotta eat out of my truck... won?t ever stop here again if I gotta do a 34 I?ll do it sooner before I get here and I shouldn?t even had rated you a 1 starand I?m thinking of not fueling at TA/Petro anymore Read more

I will start this by saying the meatballs were pretty dang good. Now with that said there is a lot that needs help. I?ve been... eating here for almost a week now I can?t honestly say I?ve had a good meal. I feel the prices are way too high for the food youget get. On the buffet the food is either half cooked or hard as a rock. I had some pork loin from the buffet the other day andit was so hard I couldn?t stab it with the fork and I will say that the gentleman server I without hesitation brought me twopork chops without my asking. Food needs a lot of work. Menu food hasn?t been much better. Read more

This place became bad since last year when I've been here. There is absolutely nothing to choose from: fried chicken or roasted... chicken at the same time and that's it! Are you kiddin? Meat lasagna without meat? (see pic) Hmmmm.... And yes, I'm the meatlover. Don't reccomend this place. Read more

This place has an incredible atmosphere with awesome works of art and various paintings that create a bright and colorful... atmosphere. Freindly service with a smile matches the wonderful food. The menu has a large variety and prices are pretty muchaverage with a few items on the higher end, but well worth it. Highly recommended ???? Read more
