When we order food from a delivery service and it comes from this store, there is ALWAYS messed up or completely missing food.... When we go through the drive-thru, we had the pleasure of talking with the gentleman at the window and his positive attitude wasso refreshing. He was so kind and thoughtful. We received our whole order and extra sauce packets. I won't order from thedelivery service again but I will return to the store in person to order. Read more
This location is not doing anything. They say 24hrs. But refuse to take orders at all. No online available on any delivery site... (Uber, Grubhub, seamless, ext..) refuse to take orders at drive trough. But have there girl friends out front they are takingfood too. The food was horrible, Drive-through staff did not notify us that they did not have any of the toppings for our order nor did... they have half of what we ordered. Was simply handed the bag told to have a nice day. Once home and the items removed wediscovered it was not the correct order And many of the items ordered had been substituted with other items and clearly leftout food. after multiple attempts at contacting the location Failed We went to another restaurant to pick up dinner and sandsimply threw away the order. Went through the drive through last night around 8:30, 1 other car in line. The girl taking orders kept cutting me off, rushing... the process. She had no enthusiasm about being there. When I got to window to pay, no interaction with me other than stating mytotal. My order was brought over to me by a different girl, who opened the window handed the food to me and closed the window,again, no interaction, no "Thank you", no "have a good night" nothing! Good cutomer service and kindness goes a long way. Maybetake notes from the restaurant next door to you, they seem to be doing it right. I won't be back to this establishment. Read more

I want to start by saying everyone that was on staff today was great. Despite the computer not working efficiently when DoorDash... orders came in and despite the ice machine being broken and leaking water, the staff was kind and did their best to accommodatemy orders. What is not okay was the fact that the building has NO AC. It was literally hotter in the building than it wasoutside, and it was 92° outside. Those conditions aren't acceptable at any pay, but especially when you're paying them littlemore than minimum wage. The staff deserve better and whoever owns this franchise needs to be held accountable for keeping theirworkplace safe for their workstaff. Read more
When placing my order staff seemed Irritated that I was ordering. Rushed me through everything. I continued to be polite and... courteous. Seemed a lot of things I wanted they were out of. Says 24 hours and when you want something better than McDonald's when you have to work at 4 am they are completely closed. I'd... say atleast actually be open 24 hours and have someone there or just change your hours when you're open. As an edit to thisreview. I came back again with rude service from a order taker. They tell me systems were down like they do every time when it'slate. I don't like mcdonald's and jack in the box is the only other place open that I really do enjoy but I am a graveyardworker. And it wasn't even 1 am yet. I get it's just jack in the box but fix your hours. It's the only good restaurant open 24hours in my area. Read more
