This is hands down my favorite jack in the box in Spokane! I go here all the time! I just visited here tonight and even though... they were short staffed they were so friendly and helpful! I accidentally ripped the bag as I was grabbing through the drivethrough window and they were so polite and remade my food super quickly and with a smile. I didn?t catch anyone?s names but theguy working with a pony tale and a beard was the nicest and made my night so much better and the cook was also super sweet! Ipersonally believe both of them deserve a huge praise from their manager immediately! I will definitely continue to visit thislocation because of them! Read more
We waited about 20 mins in the drive through after placing an order for two curly fries. Once we finally got to the window,... there was no acknowledgment that we had waited for so long, and we were served by an employee without gloves on. He reached intothe fry basket with a plastic scoop to get the fries out, but then used his bare hand to pack them down into our bag. None ofthe employees had gloves on. We took the food but couldn?t bring ourselves to eat it. Read more

The last review explained the place well. Poor service guy sitting on the floor behind the register. The guy gets up looks at us... and says nothing as he is scratching his but inside his pants. We told him that we will find a healthier establishment to eatat. My kids did not need to see that. I recommend from all the reviews I've seen. Please close the business down and let aprofessional food establishment take over. Read more
Sign says open 24hrs but they are not. Everything was on and I got out at the drive through and walked up to the window and... nothing. Sign is very misleading. Read more
I travel light and I travel often. And, when my Son picked me up from the Spokane Airport; I told him That I wanted to find the... nearest "Jack in the Box" for Lunch! I wish We Would've kept driving. Oh my Goodness!!! The Counter Staff was ExtremelyIncompetent in Regards to: Food Content & Ingredients; Absolutely NO Eye Contact to either one of us; Even while we wereOrdering Our Meal! The Young Female Manager was Extremely RUDE to "Phil" (The elderly man mopping/cleaning tables) It was almostlike: HIS JOB was beneath HER! Then, After Continually Questioning Our Order...They got MY Order Wrong! I asked for "ExtraPickles" and ended up with "NO Pickles"! I DID ask for "Curly Fries"....but, they looked more like "Wavy-Fries" and tasted like"Burnt Fries"! There were NO Napkins in the Dispenser on Our Table; We did NOT Receive ANY Dipping Sauces (Even though we wereasked twice and said which one We wanted). My "Jalapeno Poppers" were still cold in the middle AND The "Staff" behind theCounter talked amongst themselves SO LOUD; I think they didn't care WHO was in the restaurant! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. My food was cold as if it was taken out of a fridge. The sandwiches weren't made correctly and were... poorly put together. The fries were cold and stale. They were soggy and we threw them away after the first bite. The cashier hadan unfriendly demeanor and had to verify with her manager that I didn't need ID with a gift card. There were no napkins. Thebacon on one of the sandwiches looked like it had a bite taken from it.. And to top it all off the drinks didn't have ice. Thestore did not answer the phone. They responded to an email a few days later and had us come in to replace the order. The secondtime around was better, but not great. The order was correct but the food wasn't much warmer. I'm not even sure what happenedwith the tacos, but they weren't great at all and got thrown away. The staff was very unapologetic and didnt really seem to takeany responsibility. They just remade the order and sent us on our way. If you're looking for a restaurant that clearly doesn'tcare after they have your money, this is it! Edit: I have been to this Jack in the Box multiple times since this. I can saywithout a shadow of a doubt that I have not had ONE decent meal from here. Ordered at drive-through. New item called Fan Fav, a combo with mini tacos, curly fries, onion rings, and churros. Sounded... great on a cold night in a strange city. When I pulled up to the window (see photo) the food trash and gloves on the floor arethe biggest turn off ever. The girl at the window and the cook are the only ones there. She is very nice but still do I eat thefood or toss it? Read more
