It might be the best smoothie place in Spokane, but that's only because the nearest tropical smoothie cafe is almost 300 miles... away. Even smoothie king is better than Jamba. Hard to believe a city with well over 200k population has no better option thanan average smoothie place. Read more
We ordered an Açaí Bowl and while watching them make it they used a black banana. When we asked Riley if we could get a... different banana he said no he can?t. ?Banana was fine? Riley was rude to us and could have simply changed it but insteaddecided to have an attitude I don?t know the girls name but she let us swap for another bowl. Best Jamba Juice I?ve ever been to heck best smoothie place I?ve ever been to! Truly the most amazing smoothie experience on... this side of the Mississippi, highly would recommend. You won?t be able to get this kind of experience at Orange Julius. Themoment I walked into the mall I immediately got the hankering for some Jamba Juice. As a result, I swiftly made my way to thisbeautiful establishment. I walked up to the counter and saw both workers, annikki and Jacob, working very hard and efficientlyto keep the place clean. Even with their occupied hands, annikki was still able to make her way to the register faster than I?veever seen before. She provided great customer service and was extremely helpful as to what smoothie I should get as I was veryIndecisive as I?m a Jamba Juice virgin and had no clue what to order. She recommended an amazing smoothie and because of thisand her amazing customer service and friendly nature, I will definitely become a regular here. After she took my order, shehanded it off to Jacob and let me tell you, my socks were most definitely blown off at his smoothie making abilities. He had mysmoothie completely done faster than I could say the words ?jamba juice?. I?d honestly say he fully made this beautiful smoothiein under a minute. Not only was the speed unlike anything I?ve ever seen before in any food place I?ve been but the taste andproportions were perfect. Absolutely love this place!! Very fast service and friendly staff. I mostly get the Matcha Green Tea shake. It is DELICIOUS.... ???? Their ginger and greens is also a great booster this time of year when colds are the norm. So many options even for glutenfree, vegan, sugar free diets, etc... something for everyone. They have fun add-ins like bee pollen and chia seeds to make youfeel healthy. Good prices too! Read more

I?ve been to this Jamba Juice on three separate occasions. I normally love getting Jamba Juice, having moved from California I... was exited to hear one was opening here. Each experience got worse. The high schooler working the register seems like you areruining her day by placing an order and doesn?t understand anything about customer service. Maybe there?s a lack of training oraccountability? Not sure but this is bad and not the experience I know from other locations. I ordered two medium drinks formyself and my wife. My drink was given to me as a small. Glad I paid extra for a smaller drink. I?ll go to a Jamba Juice whenvisiting California, but I won?t be back to this one any time soon.
