Tonight was the first night my husband or I had ever been there, it wasn't overly busy when we arrived but we sat ourselves as... the sign states and sat for approximately 5 minutes before the girl brought over menus and told us the server would be rightwith us. It was around 10 minutes before she came over and literally asked what we wanted, we ordered drinks and said we weren'tsure on food, our drinks took another 10 minutes for a beer and cocktail off their menu, when she returned we ordered an appwhich was another 15 minutes for chips with Guacamole, salsa, and chizro dip. While we were waiting for the dip she came backand asked if we were ready to order which we were, I ordered the Mac and cheese and my husband a burger which was another 20minutes 10 of which our food sat in the window while she just visited with male customers. When our food finally got to thetable it was delicious but you could definitely tell by the temp that it had been sitting because it was only warm. We ate andthen sat there but she never came back so I went and asked for boxes, for her to cash us out and gave her my husbands card. Shecomes to the table and says the card is declined for some weird reason that she's never seen before which is weird because thecard hasnt been flagged and we know that its not maxed out because my husband looked at his online account but she was extremelyrude about it. I gave her my debit card to pay. This was the first time we've been there and it's super unfortunate that theservice was so horrible because the food was delicious even only being warm. Unfortunately we would rather have only decent foodand amazing service than great food and horrible service. We eat out numerous times a week since we both work long hours andit's just us 2 but this is 1 place we will absolutely NOT be back to and will NOT recommend. Read more

Poor service. Wasn?t greeted, was not welcomed or asked anything but what we wanted. Never got our drinks until we asked again... for them. Sever ignored us to the point the bartender has to help us. Unprofessional and blatantly rude for no reason at afamily trying to have a nice meal. Poor experience that should not be acceptable for any owner and I hope it?s addressed. Read more

I so wish I had taken photos. Yesterday a friend and I had the rib tip appetizer and the Philly cheesesteak sandwich with French... fries. Everything was absolutely amazing. Okay, I'll start with my complaint. They are always busy, and sometimes that can make the wait staff slow. However, that is a... small small small complaint compared to the quality of food, kindness of the staff and environment. I think most of their meatstaste better than outlaw BBQ or Dickey's. Their cost is fair in my opinion. I eat there at least once a month, I would highlyrecommend stopping by. Read more

When we walked in, it appeared busy and seated ourselves. Despite some of the other reviews, our server greeted us right away... and was super friendly. Loved the atmosphere of the place, with the sports bar look and lots of tvs to view your favorites. Westarted with some beer. Great selection. Had the Hop Valley Kraken IPA, very delicious.. and $5 a pint?? A special I didn'texpect. I had the baby back ribs. The dry rub on the ribs and with the sauces made them pretty good, but I've had better, and abit on the dry side, so they were OK. (hence 4 stars) My wife had her go-to, the pulled pork sandwich. Stopped in on a Saturday for the burger special that was advertised. Nothing on the walls or online indicates any conditions.... Bill comes, no special on our burger. ????
