There was only 2 people running rhis location. Taco Bell which is also owned by Yumm has more employees. Concerned about this... location only having two employees on duty. This is a corporate level issue not a store issue. You need to be paying more andnot take this rating out on the two employees running the store. Lobby needs to be closed so the two employees can focus ondrive through only. Or close the store temporarily until you hire enough staff. Read more
Always out of multiple things, did not give us all our food and was unable to get us what we ordered. It seems the staff at this... location, even up to management doesn?t care about the quality of the food or service. Read more
Liz is an absolute waste of a job position that anyone else would be better for. When I was ordering she didnt greet me, thats... fine, when I asked about the chicken little options, she said whatever she said so fast I couldnt understand her, and the 2questions after that were met with an exhuasted tone. She told me there was only one type of chicken little that they carry eventhough they website offered 4 different types, thats fine, as long as its not spicy then I didnt mind. I told her thank you andthat I appreciated it, radio silence, then she tells me my total and tells me to go to the next window. I get to the window "Howyou doin" I say. No response, then she asks for payment. I give it to her, and now test how long it takes for her to show SOMEmanners as I say thanks when she takes my payment AND when she hands it back with a receipt. I say thanks when I get my drink,and when I get my food. Not a single "Youre welcome" or any type of acknowledgment or thank you or ANYTHING. Not a single typeof good customer service coming from her. It even felt like she was refusing to make eye contact. Then after she hands me myfood, I tell her to have a good night as she slams her window on me. I gave her countless chances to be a somewhat decentworker. I get people have bad days, but you have to leave it at the door and not dump it on your customers. If she cant evenhide the fact that she hates her job and her life, then she should be working there. Im never going back there again merelybecause of her. I go here way to often like twice a week for just a spicy chicken sandwich because my office is near by and yesterday I ordered... a mac and cheese bowl for my boyfriend and it was dirty... it tasted like mildew like the bowl was just collecting dirty roofwater or somthing I won't go back that was way to embrassing and disgusting Read more
$60 for two people? Really? I weigh 120lbs. My wife isn't fat either. Now for the BS! We get Cole slaw instead of mashed... potatoes w gravy, buskits no honey, no butter, ordered 2 kakes for my employees for the next day, hmmmph had to go get doughnutsfrom the gas station. Ill five to Idaho for Popeyes next time. KFC has lost my business just like wal mart. Employees to lazy towork! Read more
On 7-10_22 @835 pm ordered tender box. Can't change fries to something else so waited 15 min for fries which had so much salt... on them you could not eat. The coleslaw was so dried out must leave out for easy access not eatable. Chicken was a little toosalty and only warm since waiting on fries. Nice people but I usually go to the w Blvd kfc which has been excellent maybelearn from them to get some pointers and y'all will rock. Went in while all the employees walked around doing nothing, waited 5 minutes for 1 employee to tell us the guy that was... supposed to help us was in the bathroom. The other 5 or 6 employees kept walking by us. Finally the gal at the window comes overwith no personality and seemed stoned our of her mind said "I guess I can help you" like we were an inconvenience. Will never gothere again. Read more
