Drive through only!! You cannot go in the store. I specifically asked for a white frosting donut. They got the other 2 Donuts... correct on my order. I was given a chocolate donut. My grandchild can't eat choc. Very rude and unprofessional service. $6 forthree donuts Never Again. Read more
We were just at the drive thru and we're greeted with an abruptly what do you want. We ordered the half dozen assortment and... while picking we were told they were out of this and out of that. Then she proceeded to rudely state that as you can see we areextremely busy right now and short staffed. Customer service? not great. yesterday oct 8 around 6pm.. girl who was up front with nose piercing was rude... with an attitude. if you aren?t a people person.. please don?t work in customer service. this girl deserves to be hidden in theback where she doesn?t interact with customers and ruin their experience. The manager at this location named Joey is extremely rude to customers. I showed up 30 minutes after opening and they didn't... have a single donut ready to sell. Was told to come back in 3 hours for maple bars and cinnamon rolls which are supposed to beavailable all day. The person in the drive-thru was impolite and the manager was even worse, will not be returning to give themmy business. They acted like I was out of line for expecting a menu item to be available for sale. Not cool! Read more

I've used this Krispy Kreme for over a year and always have had everyone been nice and great customer service.... until today......
