It took over 15 minutes woth only 3 cars ahead of me. The gal taking my order was in too much of a hurry to get my order... correct. I asked for no pickels and she put it in the system as only pickles. She read my order back to me as "3 happy meals"even though all 3 were different. When I got to the window and tried reading my order back to her to make sire she got itcorrect, she argued with me about what I had been trying to order. She got frustrated and took the whole happy meal back. Amoment later. A nicer employee handed me a corrected burger with no happy meal. I told her the firat g took the entire meal, andshe got it for me and politely apologized. I left and saw that they didn't put fries in it but this had already taken 20 minuteswith not great service... so we just went home, slightly disappointed. Where is the Zero Stars button? This location continues to go down hill. They have no one to work the registers, only one of... the digital order screens work. I had to wait 10 to 15 minutes to get someone to a register to place an order. The fries alwaystaste like cardboard. The staff typically have bad attitudes. The store is dirty, with overflowing trash bins. The drive thruline today was backed up and 5 cars were waiting in the parking lot for their order after going through the drive thru lane. Iwill never return to this failing location. Prices through the roof and service in the toilet. Why pay $16 an hour and raiseprices for less service? Read more
Went to drive through and ordered. Was asked to go park and they would bring out my order. 10 minutes later an employee I... believe is a manager walked out and stood near the door and held my bag of food up slightly shaking at me as if I was an animaland that was my treat. I pulled up to her and she says, sorry. I'm not walking out that far. Read more
Called to compliment the crew but the manager was vile! She didn't let me speak and hung up on me twice. This happened at 6:30... pm on Sunday, September 18, 2022. It's not always "Karens" who make the employees want to quit, sometimes it's the managementteam! Read more
We got a burger, chicken nuggets, and fries. The chicken nuggets were ok, but the burger seemed like it wasn?t cooked all the... way and tasted weird. The fries were the absolute worst fries that I?ve ever had from any McDonald?s, or any fast foodrestaurant for that matter, anywhere ever in my 32 yrs of life. They were hard, crunchy, stale, and flavorless. Just ate a fewand threw the rest away along with the burger which only had 2 bites taken out of it. Went to dinning room. Ordered from kiosk. Had a BOGO discount of 2 on my order. The kiosk failed to print my receipt. Less then... Three steps to the registers to pay and my order did not register. So I ordered the same thing and had no BOGO discount. Had topay more. When I get my order the fries were cold and under cooked. Read more
