I spent 15 mins in lobby just listing to the banter. The manager on duty need to count tills. Everyone within there shirts... untucked. The shake machine in heat mode? I have worked there for 10+ years and can say that it a 15 min fix but McDonald?swon?t train them. I?m embarrassed as how the standards have fallen so much. Read more
Picked up a doordash order from here, well was trying to... The lady at the register helped the guy in front of me, and then... left. She was in the back shouting about how she was going about to just walk out and why was everyone ordering "10" fries perorder. I stood waiting for someone to come back up to the register with two other customers, and finally the same lady came backwith another order and said, "I never got to you did I," I said I was here for a pick up. The door where all the parking was waslocked and you had to walk around the building to be go into the store. I will not pickup from that location again. Read more
It must have somebody new in the drive-thru making drinks. I ordered a caramel frappe they gave me a mocha frappe I think with... chocolate syrup on the top so I had to reask for my caramel frappe. I had to ask for the caramel syrup for the frappe and shetold me there was no caramel syrup. Have to looking around like she didn't know. She was supposed to put caramel syrup on itwhen I had looked at the mocha frappuccino she tried handing me. The chocolate syrup was barely on there. It's supposed to bedrizzled in syrup on the top. It looks like she's putting on the lid and then putting on a small amount of syrup so somebodyneeds to teach her how to make those drinks please. Today was the worst experience at this McDonalds, 2 mo ago it was glowing. 16 yrs I have been coming here, today I ordered a... vanilla large iced coffee, $5.00. He took mt $ & said, "Yeah, it's $with tax!!" ok, go to the next window, 3 or 4 peoplevisible, no coffee, 5 min. no coffee, young guy tells the person in yellow, hey you have a coffee up. She had no idea what hewas talking about. Continued her giggling, talking, taking orders,he reminded her again. I asked for my money back. I had ordered a ice coffee and the caramel was stuck to the bottom. I politely asked the gap tooth lady, if she could stir it a... bit. She gave me a atittude and replied it sometimes happen. Everything about this corporation sucks. They just keep remodeling locations even of they were just remodeled, so the can up... prices and reduce quality of food. I mean it's all salt can't tast anything els but salt. Then THEY LIE ABOUT WHEN THERE LOBBYIS OPEN. Doors locked before 9pm but says they are open till 10 pm so which is it.
