The Osprey is a cool casual dining spot in a fairly unique location. Outdoor seating has heating available and let's you... overlook the river while a busy bridge nearby reminds you you're in Spokane. Disappointingly, the building is situated in such away that any view of the city proper is obstructed, but this is a minor nitpick. In terms of food and drink, you have a bunchof crowd pleasing options, typical gastro pub fare, and a decent selection of beverages on tap. So many places in Spokane wastekeg space on IPAs that all taste similar. Here we have a good variety. I was particularly pleased with my porter. I tried thechicken sandwich, uniquely breaded with kettle chips, and the Osprey burger. The chicken sandwich was perfectly juicy andflavorful and the kettle chip breading added a unique texture without too much flavor of its own to interfere. Though I do notoften order chicken sandwiches, this one may make me reconsider in the future. The Osprey burger, however, is in a league ofits own. The pretzel bun, the mellow pickles (they claim are made in-house), the patty, the bacon, every single part of thisburger is delicious on its own and together they add up to make one of the best tasting burgers in Spokane. The only downsidehere is the price. At 23$, it's a lot to ask. Overall, the atmosphere and accessibility are good, the scenery is pleasant, thefood and drink were above average, and my only real complaint is the price. For me, the Osprey burger is a real standout even atit's high price point. 4/5, would definitely recommend for the burger alone. Read more

Do yourself a favor and get the Ruby burger! Hands down one of the top three burgers I have ever had in my life! The burger... did not weigh down the brioche bun with grease at all (a real concern with such a delicate bread), and the egg was perfectlycooked, a nice drippy yolk that wasn't too runny. My husband got a beautiful light omelet, and the wait stuff were engaging andkind. The home fries could have used a bit of salt but the texture was to die for! Perfect crispy outside with a nice fluffyinside. We also asked to be sat by the river and they readily obliged; the view was exquisite. P.S. the hibiscus mimosa wasdelightful after the long drive. A little on the pricey side for lunch, but everything tasted good and service was very friendly. The waitress recommended the... truffle fries and the raspberry mojito and they were both great. My dad really enjoyed the Osprey burger when he went to happyhour the day before as well. Read more

Todd was our waiter and served us one of the most delicious meals of our lives. The sauce on my pork was the most delicious... sauce I have eaten since I lived in France in 1985. The ambiance on the patio along the river is pure delight. We’ve been onthe road and were weary when we arrived. Todd’s excellent service and our delicious meal are transformative. Eat here. You’ll be glad you decided to. Read more

Food was amazing and service was great. We went here for dinner and brunch the next morning. We were served our dinner fairly... quick, however we had a very long wait to even have our drink order taken at brunch. The food made up for all of that though.Very glad we tried this place out and we will be coming back. The truffle fries are an absolute must try Read more

Our waiter Todd was fantastic, funny, informative and very attentive without being over bearing. He made our children special... huckleberry lemonades with whipped cream and sprinkles because he said they looked like the whipped cream and sprinkle kind ofkids which made them laugh because they are. The huckleberry was the perfect mix of sour and sweet and the cream made them tastea little like huckleberry Italian sodas. The food was delicious with huge servings, especially the first courses. We highlyrecommend the Burrata, the coconut curry carrot bisque and the truffle fries. In fact we'll be back just to order these. Theburgers and sandwiches come with the truffle fries so it's recommended not to order additional but we ignored thatrecommendation because we loved the truffle fries that much. Husband enjoyed his Cuban with sweet potato fries, children lovedtheir vegetarian avocado sammies with truffle fries and I was too full to eat my chicken sandwich because the first courses werehuge meals in themselves. Will definitely go back. Read more

Todd, thank you for the wonderful customer service experience during our dinner! We drove 5hrs in to Spokane, and this was the... first restaurant we went to. Was met with friendliness. The recommendations on both food & drinks were spot on. Buffalo ribswere grade A. We ordered peach bread pudding for dessert and that didn't disappoint. Sat outside under an above heater, but ifyou're not dressed for the cold, there's a good amount of tables indoors. Outside seating was nice, and the scenery waspleasant: waterfront with birds flying in formation. See photos for the delicious food we had. A must visit. 5?/5? Lots ofparking in the lot, and venue is closely nearby. Read more
