The Palm Court Grill Restaurant was amazingly accommodating for our wedding weekend ?morning after? brunch. I initially called... and asked if they could accommodate a revolving door of 120 guests between 9am and noon and they assured me ?No problem.? Onlyabout 80 folks ended up getting breakfast and the staff handled it great. We heard from everyone that the food and drinks werephenomenal and the location/décor is 100% stunning. Extremely satisfied. Read more

I had a very nice breakfast here. The service was great but a little slow - I think they were a little understaffed. The... biscuits and gravy was great. The oatmeal was a little cold. Great coffee. Read more

My wife and I ordered dinner last night and had breakfast there this morning. The salmon, green beans, and potatoes were really... good, but the calamari was so-so. However, breakfast was really good and the waitress was friendly and on top of everything. Read more

Our dinner at Palm Court Grill last night was a disappointing experience in terms of quality, presentation, and service. Our... first round of water was luke warm without ice. I ordered a salad with prawns. The salad was on such a tiny plate that lettucewas falling off the edges when the waiter placed it on the table. Each effort to spear a bite from the over-filled plate pushedfood onto the table. The crab cakes were almost doughy - like crab in undercooked batter. The ribeye was good, but the Caesarsalad was overwhelmed with a ridiculously thick layer of parmesan. We ordered one moose and a creme Brule. The waiter brought anextra moose. I told him I hadn't ordered it and he said "it's a presumptive upsell" and left it on the table and charged me forit. It was delicious, but I was too full and only ate a bite -which is why I hadn't ordered it. I was surprised to see I wascharged for it. My last three visits to Palm Court Grill have been disappointing in terms of service. Is there no training andquality control with staff? The setting in the Davenport is so beautiful, but I can't imagine why management isn't providing aquality dining experience, especially considering the relatively high cost of the meal. Read more

We decided ro do take-out as there were activities going on and didnt want to battle for parking. We ordered a crab alfredo, 20... oz Rib Eye steak, trio appetizer, Caesar salad and creme brulee. Ordering for dinner was a bit of a battle, we would call around4pm and was met with a voicemail several times. I finally got through after the 4th try and was able to put in our order, thefood was ready fast (20 minutes). When we picked up our food, the atmosphere was great. We waited for 10 minutes as they werelooking for our order, it felt a bit chaotic as they asked me who took my order (I don't know, it was over the phone) and theyhad to check around to see if the order was complete. When arriving home, we noticed that the crab Alfredo leaked through thetakeout container as the bottom of the bag was soaked. Disappointed that the sauce was practically gone. The appetizer with thecougar gold was delicious, totally worth it. The salad was really nothing special, it met my expectations and was pretty muchyour standard salad. The steak was extremely rare, my husband said he wanted it medium and got an extremely rare steak. Thesteak was seasoned great, but would of been better if it was cooked a little more. As my husband was cutting his steak, thecontainer got soaked and the fork ripped right through the container. It was a beautiful cut and the sides of mashed potatoesand vegetables were primo. The final piece is the creme brulee, and this was probably the best creme brulee I have ever had in along time, this overshined almost everything we got to eat and every spoonful was sweet perfection. Overall, my review would ofbeen higher if we ate in... as the takeout containers kind of ruined the experience. It tasted good but not great, but thecreme brulee was totally worth it Read more

I was expecting more. We stopped to see the hotel and decided to have lunch here. The service and presentation was excellent. My... husband salad and salmon was perfect. My meal was the worst even though it looked so pretty. The shrimp was fried, but the oilhad a bit of a taste being old. I was starving so I ate it. (Also told waitress to tell the chef). There was fruit flies comingout from my plate. Why mine? The waitress said there has been a problem in the kitchen with fruit flies even exterminatinghasn't helped. It must of been in the sweet sauce for the shrimp. DUH! Yep I ate it. I felt that this being a gourmet meal, mymeal was subpar and I was disappointed in my experience. Read more
