This was thee worst meal we have ever had. We have had issues with this location, and took a break from eating here. After a few... months, we decided to try this location again, since it's closer to our home. We were told we had to wait 7 minutes for friedrice, which we did, the rice was not flavorful. The sesame chicken was gooey, and the noodles were also overly soft and notflavorful. The portions were very small, and the staff there are clueless. We always have issues with the female who wears thehijab, we can hardly understand her, and she gives a attitude when we can. We will definitely stick to eating at differentrestraunts, and choosing the shadle location to get our panda from here on. Read more
Absolutely appalled. Rude and messed up our order and made my husband wait over 30 minutes. For food that was done. ... Probably our last time at panda. I can understand the busy, and mistakes but the rudeness for overpriced food is not worth it. Read more
Would be 5 stars... but I often order ahead.... RARELY is my order ready when I get there and is usually ready 10 to 15 minutes... after the time I set to pick it up. The whole point of ordering ahead is so that it is ready when you get there. Read more
Yesterday, we bought 5 bowls of chow mein and one side. 2 bowls of orange chicken, 1 shrimp, 1 teriyaki, and one steak all with... chow mein. The chow mein tasted burnt. After waiting 20 minutes for the food. And when we called them they said ?we are closingsoon, come in tomorrow and bring the bowls with you?. We went the next day and said the manger is not present. I don?t knowwho?s the manager in this restaurant? Worst Panda Express in this area. I don?t recommend it! Read more

Waited in the take out lane for 40 minutes, put in my ordered and didn?t get what I paid for this is a teriyaki and fried rice... bowl when I ordered and paid for a orange chicken half and half chow mein and rice. They were also out of lemonade which Ireceived a lemonade with ice but I had ordered lemonade with no ice they then offered to have me wait for another five minutesbecause they ran out and I said no it?s fine I?ll just get another drink but I really wanted to lemonade. We did not receivethe order we paid for at all. I called the manager and let her know the request for a refund they refused to give me a refundback for what I ordered and will only offer me another play or anything to show up there for another day or today even though Ialready had the food just got home the roads are icy it?s bad conditions and she was not understanding of that and all they hadto do was get my receipt number what card I needed the six dollar refund because they can pull up that and they were refusing todo that. My husband and I have tried quite a few Chinese Food restaurants in Spokane and have been repeatedly dissatisfied, sometimes... becoming ill. For the quality and selection we come to Panda Express on HWY 2. The price can?t be beat and we?ve never beendisappointed. Always friendly staff. Read more
My thanksgiving meal each year consist of going out to eat Oriental inspired foods. I made plans with a specific restaurant in... mind but much to my disappointment the restaurant was closed. I drove for well over an hour and each restaurant I Googlethinking it would be open was closed. I drove around spokane until I saw the brightly lite familiar sign of PANDA EXPRESS. Theservice was warm in greeting us. We were waiting on with kindness and enthusiasm. We were starved and blood sugar distorted bythis time! Lol Our food was hot and delicious!
