Very disappointed in this location today 11/19/22 @ 8:15 p.m. We walked in and there were 2 Arabic girls standing there talking... to each other and looking at us. Didn't greet us, and didn't take our order right away. There were so many people working, andhardly any food options. My husband and I ordered our food, and got home and had such small portions, and Luke warm food. Thisis always the best location, unfortunately that seems to be no longer. We are very unhappy with our purchase. The food was driedout, or geey, and the only food options were. Fried rice Chowmein 1/2 a serving of vegtables 1 serving of honey shrimp 2servings of Mushroom chicken 7 pieces of some other item About 4 servings of teriyaki chicken 1 serving of Beijing beef 3 Springrolls and 3 wontons mixed together in one bowl. One of my favorite places to get a fantastic selection of Beef,Chicken and hot Vegetable bowls or dishes. Always fresh always... delicious my mouth is watering just thinking about it wow . The fried rice and noodles are always fresh and delicious too. Greatservice if this is fast food then it's worth every penny the price you pay for the amount of food is very comparable and fare.Wish they had Senior Discounts as this community can use a little help to us Seniors on limited income . I gave it a very highrating as I come once in awhile on my income I cant afford it as an 2 or more times a week. But it's well worth the price forthose who can. Read more

At Spokane west Wellesley location by Walmart I have experienced two different times employees who are handling food touch all... kinds of surfaces and then stick their hand right into your food and pretend it didn't happen.... So I have lived by the shadle center for the last 4 years and I gotta say you guys are killin it at that panda and anyone who... gives you guys a bad review is dumb because not only was my door dash delivery fast and great but I got my food fresh, properlypackaged and handled. We went there for lunch the other day and the food was “meh.” I was very happy to see that the Black pepper chicken” was... back! However it was not nearly as good as it was before they took it off the menu. It was EXTREMELY over peppered and did nothave much flavor to it. The white rice had some hard pieces of rice in it, like it had not been cooked all the way. My lunchdate finished their Panda Original Orange Chicken bowl. You can refer to the picture of said empty bowl container. LOL. As wewere paying for our lunch, after the transaction was done and we were walking away from the register, I remembered to ask forsauces such as soy sauce and hot mustard. Every other Panda Express that I have been to, I have always been offered these saucesat check out. The restaurant as a whole was clean. We found an empty table near the window to enjoy our lunch. The restroomswere also nice and clean, which is always a nice surprise. The biggest issue we encountered is the the staff seemed “rushed”even tho there were not a whole lot of people in there at the time. We might go back to give it another try. Read more
Online ordering is always slow. Multiple times, my pickup time is before they even start putting together my order. When you... only get 30 minutes for lunch, time is kind of important. You would think ordering ahead would at least be somewhat on time. Read more
